PAGE PAGE 10 Clinical observation on Chronic atrophic gastritis precancerous lesions Treated with JiaWeiChaiShaoLiuJun Granual ABSTRACT Objective： We studied precancers lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis patients to investigate the curative effect of “JiaWeiChaiShaoLiuJun” Granual(JWCSLJG)，work out evaluate objectively and attention to the possible mechanism in treating precancers lesions of CAG ，in order to suppiying some theory bases for extending new clinical medicine. Methods： 80 precancers lesions of CAG patients were came from Department of Gastroenterology，The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Traditional Chinese Medical University，all were diagnosed as CAG by gastroscope and histology. All cases were be divided into two groups treated by JWCSLJG， the other 40 cases were served as observe group and treated by “WeiFuChun” tablet(WFCT)，both of the groups was treated for twelve weeks as a period of course. To observe the change symptom，gastroscope， appearance，inflammatory cell，histology，Hp infection of both groups before and after the treated ,and analyse by statistics. Results: Clinical research showed that in JWCSLJG group the total effective rate 87.5%；while the WFCT group was 75.0%, (P0.05). The total effective rate of gastroscope appearance, inflammatory cell, atrophy and intestinal metaplasia were 77.5%,77.5%,75.0% and 70.0% in JWCSLJG group, while the WFCT group were 55.0%,57.5%,52.5%,and 41.9%,compared with WFCT group, The differents was significant in statisics(P0.05). But the total effectie rate of dysplasia and H.pylori-eradicating were 66.7% and 52.0% in JWCSLJG group. Compared with WFCT group, The differents wasn’t significant in statistics(P0.05). Conclusions： Working out treating principles based on “Sparse liver invigorates the function of the spleen (with the stomach)” and “ invigorates the circulation of blood detoxifying” in this study.
