优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 摘要 在全球范围内，创业经济都是经济发展中极为重要的基础，同时也是经济、 文化融合的基础。大学生创业就是在这样的大背景下，为了适应知识经济时代 发展要求以及自身经济价值、社会价值要求基础上兴起的。然而，高等教育已 经迈入大众教育阶段，大学生数量急剧增长，大学生的就业形势也越来越严峻。 因此，大学生以创业带动就业的优势成为了关注的焦点，进而研究大学生的创 业能力就显得尤为重要了。但是，在山西省范围内，各高校对大学生创业能力 的培养仍然延续了以往的学院培养模式，并没有突出山西省本地特色，培养模 式也缺乏一定的可行性与操作性。 本论文在研究前人文献基础上，有针对性的选择了太原市经管类大学生作 为研究对象，并且综合运用文献法、问卷调查法、深度访谈法、德尔菲法，希 望能够得出有针对性且切实可行的结论。 本文主要分为五章。 第一章，笔者对国内外与大学生创业能力相关的文献进行了综述,阐述了研 究目的及研究意义,确定了本论文的研究方法。 第二章，在文献研究基础上，笔者编制了《太原市本科院校经管类大学生 创业现状》调查问卷，运用问卷调查法，通过分析、对比，得出了太原市经管 类大学生的创业现状，主要体现在创业态度、创业环境、对创业能力的认识上。 第三章，针对太原市经管类大学生创业能力薄弱的现状，笔者对其原因从 个人方面、高校方面、政府方面进行了深入剖析。 第四章，笔者首先运用深度访谈法对成功创业者进行访谈，进一步提出太 原市经管类大学生创业能力结构假设。其次，运用德尔菲法，进行了三轮专家 意见征询，最终得出太原市经管类大学生创业能力结构为：学习实践力、机会 把握力、挫折抗压力、资源整合力、组织管理力。 第五章，针对太原市经管类大学生创业能力结构，笔者提出了提升太原市 经管类大学生创业能力的五点建议：丰富校外实践活动，提升大学生学习实践 力；改革人才培养模式，培养大学生机会把握力；加强创业逆境锻炼，塑造大 学生挫折抗压力；更新观念拓宽眼界，强化大学生资源整合力；完善创业生态 链条，夯实大学生组织管理力。 通过以上研究，笔者期望在研究太原市经管类大学生创业能力的基础上， 为进一步提升太原市经管类大学生创业能力贡献自己的力量。 【关键词】 创业 大学生创业 创业能力 创业能力结构 Abstract On a global scale, the entrepreneurship is not only the important basis of economic development but also the economic base of the global economic development, knowledge and cultural fusion.
