摘要工程项目管理作为近年来在我国建筑业中逐步推行的工程项目组织实施方式，已日渐得到相关部门、企业和社会的广泛关注。在忠实履行“诚信服务、优质回报、不断超越”的企业宗旨过程中，项目管理已成为公司在激烈市场竞争中谋求发展的重要战略支撑。根据新规范，即《建设工程项目管理范围》（GB/T50326--2006），我们知道，工程质量管理主要有十三个方面的内容，其中质量管理是最基本也是很重要的一项内容。而项目质量管理是指为确保工程项目的质量特性满足要求而进行的计划、组织、指挥、协调和控制等活动，这也是本篇论文要研究的核心点。作者对国内外项目质量管理研究的现状进行了分析，明确了国内外企业在项目质量管理方面的差距，相对于国外，我国企业主要在法律法规、可行性研究、管理组织方面比较落后。为了能对项目质量管理有进一步的理解，作者主要介绍了项目管理的相关内容，为了能做到理论与实际的结合，作者结合京新高速公路HJ段项目质量管理这一案例，对其进行了详细的剖析，分析了HJ段项目质量管理的现状，指出了管理中存在的主要问题，提出解决的具体方案，并在论文最后做了相应的总结。项目质量管理工作的管理体系是否先进，以及其业务和技术水平的高低，都直接影响到工程建设的质量和经济效益，它在保证建设工程的健康顺利进行，提高固定资产的投资效益，保障人民生命财产的安全，促进国民经济稳定、顺利发展等方面，都发挥着十分重要作用。对于工程项目质量的管理和控制必须综合考虑其影响因素，并且通过PDCA循环理论不断改善。这个过程中人的因素起着关键和主导作用，因此必须树立严格的质量观念，培养人们的质量意识和能力，进而创造出更多的高质量的项目。本文的目的就是为了提高我国项目质量管理的水平，以及为以后施工项目质量管理给予借鉴。关键词：项目管理质量管理精细化管理管理模式ABSTRACTProjectmanagementastheconstructionindustryinourcountryinrecentyearsgraduallyintroducedinthewayofprojectimplementation,andithasbeenconcernedaboutrelevantdepartments,enterprisesandsocial.Inadheretotheintegrityservices,highqualityreturns,continuouslysurpasscorporatepurposes,theprojectmanagementhasbecomethecompanyinfiercemarketcompetitionimportantstrategicsupporttodevelopment.Accordingtothenewspecification,weknow,theprojectqualitymanagementhasthirteenmajorcontents,andqualitymanagementisoneofthemostbasicandimportantcontent.Projectqualitymanagementisactivitywhitchinordertoensurethequalityoftheprojectmeettherequirementsoftheplan,organize,command,coordinateandcontrol.Thisisalsotheemphasisofthispapertoresearch.Firstofall,theauthoranalyzesthedifferencesoftheresearchonprojectqualitymanagementbothathomeandabroad,andobtainedthedifferencebetweendomesticandforeignenterprisesintheprojectqualitymanagement,relativetoforeigncountries,ourcountryenterprisemainlyinthelawsandregulations,feasibilitystudy,relativelybackwardmanagementorganization.Next,inordertounderstandqualitymanagementmorecompletely,andclearly,inthesecondchaptert,heauthormainlyintroducestherelatedcontentsofprojectmanagement,projectqualitymanagementisoneofthemainproject
