在实验组1与实验组2的对比中，发现实验组2肌腱周围的膜样、束带样的瘢痕明显少于实验组1，实验组2术后肌腱粘连的程度优于实验组1，有统计学差异(P0.05)。在实验组2与对照组2的对比中，发现实验组2与对照组2在肌腱周围的膜样、束带样的瘢痕方面无明显差别，无统计学差异(P0.05)。在肌腱的组织学观察方面，根据HongjiangRuan等的分级标准，发现在实验组1与对照组1的对比中，实验组1肌腱粘连的面积小于对照组1，有统计学差异(P0.05)。实验组1在腱周膜和肌腱之间存在明显裂隙，对照组1在肌腱和腱周膜之间大面积粘连形成，仅存在少量裂隙。在实验组1 与实验组2的对比中，发现实验组2肌腱粘连的面积明显小于实验组1，有统计学差异(P0.05)。实验组2的肌腱和腱周组织之间形成较宽大的裂隙，无粘连形成。在实验组2与对照组2的对比中，发现实验组2与对照组2在肌腱粘连方面无明显差别，无统计学差异(P0.05)。结论：腱周膜移植可以有效预防术后肌腱粘连。正常的肌腱组织在切除腱周膜后，不会发生明显的粘连，可以作为预防术后肌腱粘连的一种有效手段。关键词：组织构建；肌腱损伤；肌腱粘连；腱周膜；移植2ThestudyofperitenontransplantationforthepreventionoftendonadhesionsafteroperationABSTRACTTendoninjuryisacommondiseaseinhandsurgery.Tendonadhesio nsoccurs frequentlyafter operation,it is a serious impact to the recover yofhandfunctionon patients.So it is always a problemdiffcult to sol veinclinicalwork thatthetendonadhere the surrouding issues after te ndonrepair operation.We intend to explore a new way to prevent tendo nadhesionthroughperitenontransplantation.Objective:Toconstructdeepflexortendontransectionmodelinthethirdtoeof femaleLeghornchickenandexploretheeffectofperitenontransplantationon thepreventionof tendonadhesions.Methods:20adultfemaleLeghorn,usingSumianxinⅡ0.4mL dilutedto0.8mLas 1:1,injectintothightoanaesthetizetheLeghorn.Usingthemethodof Autologouscontroltodoexperiment.Thethirdtoeofleftclawwastakenas experimentalgroup1.Stitchingthedeepflexortendonafterbecut.thetendon anastomosissegmentwaswrappedwiththeperitenonofthedeep flexor tendonfromtheipsilateralfourthtoe(experimentalgroup2).Bandagethe experimentalgroup1toflexionposition.Thefourthtoeofleftclawservedas experimentalgroup2,sutureskinaftergetperitenon,Bandagethe experimentalgroup2toflexionposition.Thethirdtoeofrightclawservedas controlgroup1,thedeepflexortendonwassuturedwithouttheperitenon.
