关键词：建筑业；技术创新；地区差异；协整分析；状态空间模型研究类型：应用研究Subject：TheResearchofTheInfluencingFactorsandTheRegionalDifferencesofConstructionTechnologicalInnovation Specialty ：Business managementName：DuYanyan（Signature）Instructor：Shang Mei（Signature）ABSTRACTTheconstructionindustryisoneofthethreepillarindustriesinChina,thepositionofthetechnologicalinnovationcannotbeignored.However,theslowprogressandlargerregionaldifferencesofthetechnologicalinnovationstillexistinChina’sconstructionindustry.Thispaperattemptstofindouttherootandthesalvationoftheproblem.In thispaper, throughtheoreticalanalysisanddrawingon previousresearch results,andlearnfromtheVARmodelandlong-termcointegrationandshort-termerrorcorrectiontheorythatbasedontheVARmodel,aswellasstatespacemodethatincorporatedunobservedvariablesintotheobservablemodeltoestimated;usingseveralkeyfactorstostudythetechnologicalinnovationandregionaldifferencesontheconstruction.Economicenvironment,RDinvestment,theuseofforeigninvestmentandintellectualpropertyprotectionareincludedinthosekeyfactors.Byquantitativeanalysis,conclusionofthisarticleasfollows:Throughtheco-integrationanalysisthatbasedonVARModel,along-runequilibriumrelationshipwasfoundbetweentechnicalinnovationofconstruction,theprotectionofintellectualproperty,developmentofconstructionindustry, scienceandtechnologyinvestmentofconstructionandforeigndirectinvestment. ThelevelofdevelopmentonconstructionandtheRDinvestmentintheconstructionindustryhaveapositiveimpactoftechnologicalinnovationontheeastern,centralandwesternregions.Onthecontrary,foreigninvestmenthasplayedanegativerole,intellectualpropertyprotectionhasweaknegativeimpactonthewest.ThroughtheanalysisoferrorcorrectionmodelthatbasedonVARModel,foundoutthatwhenthedependentvariableconstructiontechnologyinnovationoftheeastern,centralandwesternregionsdeviatefromthelong-runequilibrium,itwillbestatebacktoequilibriumfromnon-equilibrium by0.77,1.577,0.212adjustment.LearnfromtheGrangercausalitytesttheory,toexplorewhethertheeconomicenvironment,RDinvestment,ut
