Study on Mechanism of repair of damaged endothelium jiaweibuyanghuanwutang. Methods: Select 100 healthy male SD rats, Clean level, The weight of 190±20g. Randomly divided into Chinese medicine group (n=30), western medicine group (n=30), control group (n=30), Sham operation group (n=10). Adaptive feeding for 1 weeks,On the neck artery balloon injury in rats. After the operation was given normal diet fed rats. Traditional Chinese medicine group was treated by JiaweiBuyangHuanwutang (1.47g/(kg.d)) by gavage for 8 weeks. Western medicine group was given Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets （0.33mg/(kg.d)）by gavage for 8 weeks. The control group were treated with normal saline (2mL/ (kg.d)) by gavage for 8 weeks. 8 weeks after operation, The rats were killed and the pathological sections were taken from the Rat carotid artery. We observe vascular proliferation in the light microscope and used the computer image analysis of intimal area. We observe the effects of JiaweiBuyangHuanwutang on the formation of neointima. We used immunohistochemical staining method for the determination of expression of VEGF in local tissue damage. To explore the possible mechanism of Bu Yang Huan five soup repair damaged vascular endothelium. Results: 1.Histological observation：In endothelial injury after operation, we can see the arterial endothelium in rats by stripping, internal elastic lamina is ruptured. We found that traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group the intimal area were lower than the control group, with significant difference (P0.05). We see the intima-media thickness of the tradit
