AbstractBuildingteachingteamisanimportantwaytoimprovetheteachingqualityandthelevelofscientificresearchofinstitutionsforinstitutionsofhigherlearning.Intheeraofknowledgeeconomy,thestockofknowledgeandthelevelofknowledgedeterminetheteamsknowledgecreationability,andthefuturedevelopment.Highcollegesteachingteamisaknowledge-intensiveorganization,theteammemberscooperateonthebasisofknowledgeandteachinglabor,andhowtoachievethesynergiesofcooperationinbothteachingandinnovativeresearchisthemainproblemwhichperteamneedstosolve.Highcollegesteachingteamisateamonbasisofknowledge-sharing.Inthisarticle,takingintoaccountthedoubleidentitycharacteristicsofteachingandresearchofhighcollegeteachingteam,andmakingknowledgesharingandinnovationofteammembersasthebackground,proposingthefactorswhichaffectteamworkbehavior,suchastheknowledgestockofmembers,thedegreeofknowledgesharing,knowledgeabsorptivecapacity,learningedgestructureandincentives,toanalyzethefactorsthataffecttheteachingteamworkandknowledgesharing.Basedontheimpactofthefactorsontheincomeofmembers,selectingeconomicfactorsthechoiceofindividualstrategiestobuildtheevolutiongamemodelofcooperativebehaviorofamemberoftheteachingteam,combinedwiththeresultsofevolutionarygame，accordingtothecharacteristicsthattheresultsofstabilitycopydynamicevolutiondependsontheagreatchanceinitialstate,analysisofthetrendoftheimpactofvariousfactorsonthebehaviorofteammembersboundedrationality.Analysistheindividualstrategychoicewhenthefactorschangingwithinacertainrangeusingnumericalsimulationmethod,putforwardreasonableproposalsfortheconstructionoftheteachingteambasedonthesimulationanalysisresults.Throughtheoreticalanalysis,evolutionarygameanalysisandsimulationverification,thisarticlebuildamulti-symmetryevolutiongamemodelfromanorganizationalpointofview,toanalyzetheimpactofamemberoftheselectedstrategyoftheothermembersofthedecision-makingstrategyselection,providingatheoreticalbasistobuildafair,trust,cooperationteamculture,andmakerecommendationstobuildanexcellentteachingte
