In order to maintain and enhance their competitive advantage, many companies tend to attack competitors by patent litigation or patent war, snatching patents and making use of them has become the weapons of these companies. Now ,in the high-tech industry, the dispute around patents has become more and more serious. Such frequent, interminable patent disputes caused a lot of waste of resources, and hindering the new technology and new standards promotion.
