摘要近些年来，教师逐渐意识到体育教学方法在教学过程中的独特地位和作用， 纷纷对其进行大量的研究与探索。但研究方向大多集中在引进、创造新兴的现 代体育教学方法，建立体育教学方法的分类体系等方面，面对如何科学有效的 运用已有的众多体育教学方法却未引起足够的重视，致使这一方面的研究仍然 是一个相当薄弱的环节。在有限的教学时数内，提高学生的动作技能，同时培养学生的能力，单靠 一种教学方法是很难达到的，必然要求有多种多样的教学方法与之相适应，但 每一种教学方法都有自己的特点、独特的性能、适用范围和条件，况且由于众 多的教学方法之间往往存在着互补性，所以我们现在着眼的是一种教学方法体 系或多种教学方法的合理组合，多种方法的综合运用才能弥补单一教学方法的 不足。体育教学方法的优化组合是着眼于学生在体育教学过程中知识获得与个性 能力发展之间的关系，根据体育教学方法的分类体系，对各类体育教学方法进 行比较分析，充分发挥每一类教学方法的优势，克服其劣势，使其互补融合， 为学生在不同的学习阶段选择合理有效的体育教学方法组合，以其最大程度的 促进学生的全面发展，实现教学目标。本文采用文献资料法、教学实验法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法等多种研究 方法对体育教学方法的优化组合进行研究，并从田径跨栏技术教学过程的学习、 掌握、提高三个学习阶段入手，根据三个阶段学生不同的生理、心理特点，对 多种教学方法进行优化组合：学习阶段用程序教学法、讲解法、示范法、直观 法、分解练习法、群组练习法、固定练习法；掌握阶段用发现教学法、讲解法、 完整练习法、变换练习法、随机练习法；提高阶段用分层合作教学法、比赛练 习法，首先从理论上证明优化组合后的教学方法在普修学生跨栏技术教学中的 可行性和主要教学优势，并通过教学实验研究和检测证实了优化组合后的教学 方法有利于提高学生的运动技能、观察分析解决问题的能力、创造性思维能力， 达到一个比较好的教学效果。关键词：教学方法；优化组合；跨栏跑技术教学；应用研究AbstractIn recent years, people gradually realized the distinctive position and effect of teaching method in sports teaching process, and made a great quantity of research and exploration.
