摘要IronSteel Plant.And triethanolamine,glycerol,propylene glycol, propylalcohol,ethyleneglycol,ethylalcohol,sodiumdodecyl,sodiumdodecylsulfate,industrialwasteresiduecalciumlignosulfonatewhicharechemicallypuresubstancesasgrindingaidswereadoptedinordertosystematicallystudythebestdosageofthevarioussubstances,andeffectsofactivegroupsimpactonslaggrindingprocesswhenthecarbonchainlengthissimilar,andeffectsofthecarbonchainimpactonslaggrindingprocesswhenthenumbers ofactivegroups iscertain.Themainconclusionsofthispaperinclude:(1)Thefactorswhichdecidegrindingeffectoforganicsubstancesarethekindsandnumbersofgroups,andcarbonchain lengthandthemolecularweight.Theresultsshowthatgrindingefficiencyincreases withmorenumbersofactivegroupswhencarbonchainlengthissimilar.Thelongerthecarbonchainis,theworsetheeffectofgrindingiswhenthenumberofactivegroupsis certain. Organic substanceswith large molecular weight havethe neglectablegrinding-helpeffect.(2)Effectsofgrindingisdifferentatdifferentgrindingtime.Theeffectoftriethanolamineisbetterthanglycerinatthegrinding15minutes,buttheresultsisoppositeatthegrinding30minutes.Asthegrindingtimeandmilltemperatureincreasing,theeffectofamido’selectrostaticrepulsiveforcedispersedpowderisdecreased.Andthecarbonchainlengthoftriethanolamineisshorterthanglycerol.(3)Thebestdosageoftriethanolamine,glycerol,sodiumdodecylbenzenesulfonate,sodiumlaurylsulfateandcalciumlignosulfonateare0.06%,0.04%,0.1%, 0.08%and0.08%respectively.(4)Accordingtotheearlystrengthofslagcementconfiguredslagpowderwithtriethanolamineatthegrinding15minutes,triethanolamineplays amajorrolewhenit canpromotethehydrationofcementparticlesandincreaseearlystrength.Accordingtotheearlystrengthofslagcementconfiguredslagpowderwithtriethanolamineatthegrinding30minutes,theorganicmatterplaysamajorrolewhenitcanpreventandreducethestrengthofhydration.Accordingtothelatterstrengthofcement,theeffectofgrindingaidsisweak.Theeffects of glycerol and calciumlignosulfonate issmall.
