摘要金融是现代经济的核心。因地理位置、资源禀赋及政策差异等原因，我国区域金 融发展呈现不均衡和非协调状态。随着金融资源与地域条件协调、配置、组合的时空 动态变化，金融产业便在一定地域空间产生集聚现象。这一现象作为金融发展过程中 的一段重要历程对该地区经济的增长具有重要的作用。随着 2011 /view/5039290.htm年国务院对《山东 /view/5039290.htm半岛蓝色经济区发展规划》的正式批复，标志山东半岛蓝色经济区（以下简称“蓝色 经济区”）建设正式上升为国家战略，而在经济的建设中金融的支持是不可或缺的因 素。同时在全国积极开展深化经济体制改革，将转方式、调结构、促发展作为发展重 点，引导使“市场在资源的配置中起决定性作用”的背景下，山东省政府也提出“金 融改革 22 条”，并提出建设“济南区域金融中心”与“青岛财富管理中心”的建设 规划，而这均需要金融的进一步发展，明确该区域金融产业集聚与经济增长间关系， 以寻求通过增强金融产业集聚水平来促进蓝色经济区经济的持续均衡发展。本文首先对金融产业集聚与区域经济增长的相关理论进行整理综述，然后对蓝色 经济区经济增长与金融发展的现状进行描述，并通过金融产业区位熵指标对该地域金 融产业集聚程度进行测量。同时，采用蓝色经济区 1980-2013 年相关数据，通过单位 根检验判断变量序列平稳性，利用协整检验确定变量间长期稳定均衡关系，并利用 Granger 因果关系检验显示金融产业集聚与经济增长存在双向因果关系，进一步通过 脉冲响应函数及方差分解的方法进行验证，得到最终实证结论：蓝色经济区金融产业 集聚与经济增长间存在着长期稳定的均衡关系，且金融产业集聚在一定程度上能够促 进该地区区域经济的增长。最后结合实证结果，针对蓝色经济区实际情况，提出了系 列针对性建议：调整区内产业结构并引导金融产业专业化发展；完善区内金融体系以 培育多元化金融格局；优化区内金融生态环境以夯实金融发展基础；提升金融开放程 度以增强对外辐射能力；以金融改革契机推动“青岛财富管理中心”建设等。关键词：蓝色经济区；金融产业集聚；经济增长；格兰杰因果关系检验AbstractFinance is the core of modern economy.Due to the difference of geographical position, resources endowment and policy difference, the regional financial development of our country present the characteristics of imbalance and inharmonious.
