（5）我国竞技体育的利益分化主要体现在政府与社会利益集团间的利益分化、竞技体育政府集团中的利益分化以及纵向竞技体育利益目标分化等方面。（6）要彻底解决改革过程中我国竞技体育领域存在的各种问题，就必须对竞技体育各利益主体之间的利益关系、利益矛盾和冲突、利益格局变迁、利益分化现象等进行分析，通过建立科学、合理的利益补偿机制，对其进行相关的利益补偿，使各利益主体之间的利益分配趋向于平衡状态，从根本上解决举国体制改革过程中带来的竞技体育发展的问题和阻碍，使我国竞技体育持续、健康、稳定的发展，推动我国体育事业“由体育大国向体育强国迈进”。关键词：建设体育强国；竞技体育；利益格局；利益分化；利益补偿机制AbstractBeijingOlympicGamesandParalympicGamestoasuccessfulconclusionthe momentofglory,GeneralSecretaryHuJintaomadeitclearthatpromotethegoalof ourcountryforwardbythesportingpowertoasportspower,fromChinassports industryhasenteredastrategicdevelopmentstageofbuildingasportspower. However,intheprocessofstructuralreformanddevelopmentofChinascompetitive sports,alongwithaccumulatedinterestimbalanceshavebecomeincreasinglyexplicit, andaseriesofconflictsofinterestandconflicts ofinterest,thestrategicgoalofChina tobuildsportspowerthedevelopmentresultedinaverysignificantimpact.Follow thevestedinterestsofpatternformationintheoriginalsystem,andreforminthe vestedinterestsimpairedtogivetheinterestsofsomeformofcompensation,isa basicprincipleofthereform.Therefore,toestablisharationalinterestcompensation mechanismhasbecomeanimportantpartofthecontinuedstabilityandtomaintain the sound development of Chinasathletics.Thisstudywillusethenewinstitutionaleconomics,managementsciencetheory andanalysisofChinasathleticsinterestpatternchanges,aswellasintransitionthat haveemergedsincetheinterestsofcompetitivesportscontradictionsandconflict phenomena,theproblemofChinasathleticsinterestsofdifferentiationon thebasis of thestudy,establishtheconceptofthecompensationmechanismofChinasathletics intereststobuildasuitablecompetitivesportssystemreforminChina,the requirementsofthedevelopmentinterestsofthecompensationmechanismtoresolve conflictsofinterestincompetitivesportssystemreformprocessandconflictsof interest sometheoretical basis.Thestudyconcluded that:Thevariousproblemsinthedevelopmentofathleticsports,suchasthe unevendevelopmentofcompetitivesports,thelevelofregionaldevelopmentis uneven,talentshortages,competiti
