中文摘要劳动价值论适用于商品范畴，而在商品生产和流通领域之外，一些价值问题已不 能由劳动价值论解决，因此需要构建关于一般财富的价值论体系。财富包括商品，二 者的价值却反映了不同层面或不同角度的内容。在经济学意义上，可以这样定义财富： 人们所拥有或控制的能够满足人某种需要的物质资源。进而这样定义财富的价值：一 定时点上物质资源满足人们某种需要的属性以及反映这种属性的交换能力。财富价值 由其公允市价决定，交易价格围绕公允市价上下波动，但不会偏离太多，此为财富的 价值规律。对个别资本进行研究，可以发现资本总公式中的△G 有三个来源：①资本家无偿 占有的工人剩余劳动，②生产该商品不变资本和可变资本的节省，③因供求关系产生 的溢价。《资本论》中强调了其中的第一项，而对于后两项的理解则有助于解决剩余 价值涵义的若干矛盾，例如：剩余价值与剥削的关系、利润与剩余价值的关系。从价值论意义上看，财富价值的公允市价决定论，要求国民收入在投资层面按生 产要素分配；商品价值的劳动决定论，要求国民收入在生产层面按劳动量进行分配。 国家应采取有效的政策、措施使企业和个人增加收入，促进国民财富的增长。同时， 要调控好四个方面的结构比例关系。在当前经济社会条件下，笔者秉承马克思的探索精神，运用辩证唯物主义的研究 方法，进一步剖析资本增值过程，并将价值论从“商品”扩展到“财富”，在内容上 弥补了马克思政治经济学没有充分论述的部分，是对马克思价值论必要和有益的拓 展。财富-商品价值论作为一种意识形态，要服务于“消灭剥削、消除两极分化”的 社会主义根本任务。当前，也需要以价值论为核心，重新构建中国的经济学体系，既 要批判地继承历史上各派经济学家的优秀研究成果，还要贯通当前金融学、财政学和 会计学等分类学科的基本概念，并为它们提供原理支持。关键词：财富 价值 价值增值AbstractThe labor theory of value applies to the commodity area, but outside the commodity production and circulation area, some value problems can no longer be resolved by it.
