Bcl-2在子宫内膜增生及子宫内膜癌的表达及意义 【摘要】 目的探讨bcl2在正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜增生及子宫内膜癌发生和发展中的作用。方法 采用免疫组化SP法，检测20例正常子宫内膜、85例子宫内膜增生和62例子宫内膜癌中的bcl2表达情况。结果 (1) bcl2在正常子宫内膜中阳性表达率为40.0%（8/20），主要表现为增生期腺体胞质的表达。(2) bcl2在子宫内膜增生的总阳性表达率为71.8%(61/85)，与正常子宫内膜相比，差异有统计学意义（P0.01），其中，bcl2在非典型子宫内膜增生的阳性表达率为87.0%（20/23），在无非典型子宫内膜增生的阳性表达率为66.1%（41/62），两者差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。(3) bcl2在子宫内膜癌的阳性表达率为50.0%（31/62），与子宫内膜增生相比；差异有统计学意义(P0.05)； bcl2在不同分化的子宫内膜癌的阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 bcl2基因可能在子宫内膜增生的发生、发展及子宫内膜癌的早期阶段发挥作用；bcl2表达的监测有助子宫内膜癌癌细胞分化程度的评价。 【关键词】 bcl－2 ；子宫内膜增生 ； 子宫内膜癌 Expression of Bcl2 in proliferative endometrium and endometrial carcinoma WU Hanmei , ZHANG Miao (Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital of Xinhui, Jiangmen 529100,china) Abstract： Objective To study the role of bcl2 in the genesis and development of proliferative endometrium and endometrial carcinoma. Methods The expression of bcl2 were examined with immunohistochemistry technique (sp method) in 62 specimens of endometrial carcinoma, 85 specimens of proliferetive endometrium and 20 specimens of normal endometrium. Results (1) The positive rate of bcl2 protein expression was 40% (8/20) in the normal endometrium, and the expression mainly located in the proliferative phase gland. (2) The total positive expression rate of bcl2 was 71.8% (61/85) in the proliferative endometrium, significantly higher than that in the normal endometrial specimens (P0.01). The positive rate of bcl2 expression was 87.0% (20/23) in the atypical hyperplasia and 66.1% (41/62) in the nonatypical hyperplasia, with no significant difference (P0.05) between. (3) The positive rate of bcl2 was 50.0% (31/62) in the endometrial carcinoma, significantly lower than that in the normal endometrium (P0.05). There was a close relationship between the bcl2 expression and the histological grades of the specimens.
