The Medical Higher Specialized Subject Educational Institution of Xingtai Hebei054000. 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the possible roles of nm23-H1，MMP-9and u-PA in the development and progression of ovarian serous carcinoma（OSC）.Methods Immunohistochemical methods（SP）was used to ex-plore the expression of nm23-H1，MMP-9and u-PA in the ovarian serous tumors.The relationship between their expression and the clinical，pathological features were analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of nm23-H1in OSC was significantly higher than that in benign and borderline serous tumors.However，with the progression of clinical stage，pathological grade and the occurrence of lymph node metastasis，the expression levels of nm23-H1decreased significantly.The expression of MMP-9and u-PA increased as the transition of ovarian serous tumor from benign to malignant.And the expression increased as OSC grade increased.Conclusion nm23-H1，MMP-9and u-Pa may play important roles in OSC development，progression，invasion and metastasis.Their expression in OSC might provide important clues for the prediction of metastasis potential and prognosis. 【Key words】 ovarian serous tumor nm23-H1protein metalloproteinase-9 urokinase-type plasmino-gen activator tumor metastasis 卵巢浆液性肿瘤是卵巢最常见的肿瘤之一，严重威胁妇女健康。卵巢浆液性囊腺癌（OSC）早期即可发生腹腔内甚至腹膜后淋巴结转移，84%的病例在手术时已有播散，是妇科肿瘤中对患者威胁最大的疾患之一。而肿瘤的局部浸润与广泛转移是导致病人死亡的直接原因。本研究应用免疫组化方法，联合检测肿瘤转移相关蛋白nm23-H1、MMP-9和u-PA在卵巢浆液性肿瘤中的表达情况，分析其在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌发生、发展及浸润、转移中的可能作用
