Stat3及其靶基因产物与VEGF在鼻咽癌中的表达及关系 【关键词】 鼻咽癌 【摘要】 目的 检测鼻咽癌中信号传导与转录激活因子（signal transduction and activators of transcription，STATs）Stat3及其靶基因产物与VEGF的表达，探讨其在鼻咽癌发生发展中的作用。方法 采用免疫组化技术检测慢性鼻咽炎29例，人鼻咽癌活检组织60例，鼻咽癌颈部淋巴结转移28例Stat3、Cyclin D1、Bcl-xL和VEGF蛋白的表达。结果 鼻咽癌中Stat3及其靶基因产物（Bcl-xL Cyclin D1）、VEGF明显高于鼻咽粘膜慢性炎;鼻咽癌与鼻咽癌颈部淋巴结转移灶中Stat3及其靶基因产物表达比较在统计学上差异无显著性。在鼻咽癌组织及鼻咽癌颈部淋巴结转移灶中Stat3、Cyclin D1与VEGF的表达有显著相关性，而Bcl-xL和VEGF的表达无显著相关性。结论 Stat3及其靶基因产物与VEGF可能在鼻咽癌的发生发展及转移中发挥重要作用。二者之间的相关性表明VEGF基因可能由STAT3蛋白调节。 关键词 鼻咽癌 Stat3 VEGF 免疫组织化学 Relationship of Stat3with its target gene products and VEGF in nasopharyngeal carcinoma Yao Yunhong，Li Feihong，Cai Qiongzhen，et al. Department of Pathology，Guangdong Medical College，Zhanjiang524023. 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between stat3with its target gene products including Bcl-xL、Cyclin D1and VEGF in Nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC），and to explore the mechanism tumorigenesis of NPC.Methods The expressions of stat3、Bcl-xL、Cyclin D1and VEGF proteins in paraffin-embedded specimens of29cases of chronic nasopharyngitis，60cases of NPC and28cases of lymph-node metastasis were studied by imˉmunohistochemical method（SABC）.Results The positive rate of stat3、Bcl-xL、Cyclin D1and VEGF in chronic naˉsopharyngitis were41.38%（12/29），34.48%（10/29），27.59%（8/29），24.13%（7/29）respectively;the expresˉsion of Stat3Bcl-xL、Cyclin D1and VEGF in nasopharyngeal carcinoma were73.33%（44/60）、68.33%（41/60）、55.00%（33/60）、80.00%（48/60）with significant difference compared with chronic nasopharyngitis respectively;The positive rate of stat3、Bcl-xL、Cyclin D1and VEGF in lymph-node metastasiswere85.71%（24/28），75.00%（21/28），71.43%（20/28），82.14%（23/28）with significant difference compared with chronic nasopharyngitis reˉspectively，There were no significant difference between NPC and lymph-node metastasis.Spearman correlation analyˉsis showed there were significant correlation between the expression of stat3、Cyclin D1and VEGF in NPC and lymph nodes metastasis.Conclusion stat3and
