摘 要 随着我国经济的飞速发展，城市人口日益增多，特别是改革开放以来，城市汽车量的不断增加。以往那种单层平面的停车场也越来越不能满足市场的需求。对多停车位、少占空间、使用造作简单、安全可靠的立体停车库的建设是解决目前寸土寸金的大城市内停车难的有效办法。 立体车库是一种多平面的空间停车库，通过可编程控制器PLC控制车位的空间位置变动，使车位能够实现空间停车的功能。升降横移立体车停车库利用托盘移位产生垂直通道，实现多层车位的升降来取车辆。 本文介绍了基于可编程控制器(PLC)的车库控制系统，简述了3层3列式7车位升降横移式立体停车库的工作原理、结构特点、并通过PLC软件设计及其优化，实现了立体车库的自动控制。整个系统由载车部分、传动系统、控制系统等组成。用PLC内的预置程序来控制整个系统的运行，用电机的正反转来控制车位的上下左右移动实现存取车的自动化。该系统又具有以下保护功能：急停、断电保护。 关键词：立体停车库 可编程控制器 自动控制 全套图纸，加 Abstract With the rapid development of Chinas economy, city population increasing, especially since the reform and opening up, increasing the amount of car city. The whole system consists of vehicle parts, transmission system, control system etc..
