汽车发动机台架试验台设计 14机械工程及自动化（汽车） 指导教师 【摘要】 随着科技的，汽车早已不是，普通大众都能消费起的越来越多，竞争越来越激烈在竞争中取得有利地位，汽车加大研发力度质量发动机作为汽车的核心，重中之重试验台对于发动机试验来说意义重大。 【关键词】 发动机 台架试验 测功器 传动轴 发动机支架 全套图纸，加 【Abstract】 With the progress of science and technology, the automobile is not a scarce resource, but ordinary people can afford the means of transport. More and more automobile companies enter the automotive industry, which leads to the intense competition. In order to obtain an advantageous position in the competition, many automobile companies pay attention to research and development to improve the quality of the vehicle. Engine as the core of the automobile, is the most important in research and development. So, an excellent design of engine bench test bed is great significance for engine test. This design mainly study the iron floor, engine support, drive shaft, dynamometer, cooling system, fuel system, intake system, power supply system ，ventilation system, temperature control system ，safety system and so on. They are the main components of the engine bench test bed, which are important influence for the engine test. The analysis shows that the test bench foundation must have enough strength to meet the requirement of support. When the engine support is designed, the position of the support leg and the cross beam can be changed to adapt to different types of engine. When the drive shaft is designed, the vibration frequency of the system should be analysed to avoid resonance. Flexible universal joint should be used to meet the need of bench test. AC electric dynamometer with high efficiency, the kinetic energy of the engine can also be converted into electricity. The layout of engine test bench is scientific and reasonable.
