大肠俞穴注射灭菌用水用于分娩镇痛的效果观察 【摘要】目的 探讨大肠俞穴注射灭菌用水用于分娩镇痛的效果及其对母婴的影响。方法 将165例足月单胎正常初产妇随机分为观察组（85例）和对照组（80例），在子宫收缩活跃期、宫口开大3~4 cm时，在产妇大肠俞穴分别采用灭菌注射用水进行皮内注射（观察组）和2％利多卡因注射液针刺注射（对照组），观察两组的镇痛效果、镇痛持续时间、产程进展、分娩方式、产后2 h出血量、新生儿出生情况及不良反应。结果 观察组镇痛效果及镇痛持续时间显著优于对照组(均P0.01)，观察组总产程较对照组缩短（P0.05），两组分娩方式、产后2 h出血量、新生儿Apgar评分比较，差异无显著性意义（均P＞0.05）。结论 大肠俞穴皮内注射灭菌注射用水用于分娩镇痛，是一种理想的分娩镇痛方法，效果较好且安全。 【关键词】 分娩 镇痛 穴位注射 大肠俞穴 Analgestic Effect of Injection of Sterile Water into Acupoint Dachangshu in Delivery∥LU Qiongfang, TAN Huiliann∥(Department of Obstetrics, the Peoplersquo;s Hospital of Guigang, Guigang 531700, China) Abstract：Objective To examine the analgesic effect of injection of sterile water into acupoint Dachangshu in delivery and its influence on mother and baby. Methods One hundred and sixtyfive primiparas were randomly divided into an experimental group (n=85) and a control group (n=80). During the active time of uterus and the uterus orifice was 3~4 cm wide, the sterile water (the experimental group) was intradermally or 2% lidocaine (control group) was acupunctually into the acupoint Dachangshu of the subjects. Comparison was made between the two groups in terms of the analgesic effect, lasting time of the analgesic effect, progression of labor, delivery mode, bleeding 2 h after delivery, status of neonates and adverse reaction. Results The analgesic effect and the lasting time in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the controls (P0.01 for all). The total stage of labor was significantly shortened as compared with that of the control group (P0.05). There were not significant difference in the way of labor, hemorrhage after 2 hours, neonatal Apgarrsquo;s scores between the two groups (P0.05 for all). Conclusion The injection of sterile water into acupoint Dachangshu is effective and safe for the analgesia in delivery.
