College market lifestyle segmentation research and marketing strategies ————taking the nursing homes of Jishan Country,Shanxi Ma jun Abstract: With the rapid development of our national economy, our country is gradually entering the aging society. The pension issue, as a result, has increasingly been a widespread concern. At the same time, the nursing home all over the country has been built and grown at a high speed. With the demand for nursing homes amplifying, the standards rise accordingly. In the homogenization of the competition trend, how to manage the nursing homes effectively is becoming the key problem naturally. This paper, taking the nursing homes of Country, Shanxi Province as an example, centers the management status and innovation of urban nursing homes around the whole thesis, and the research is based on the theoretical analysis and the actual survey results.
