辽宁科技大学信息技术学院本科生毕业设计（论文） 第 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I页 微机控制的电除尘器高压电源系统 摘要 电除尘器作为一种高效率的除尘装置被广泛的应用于电力、冶金、水泥等各种高污染的行业中。随着粉尘的污染源越来越多，环境不断地恶化，国家对环保要求也越来越高，在“十二五”规划中明确指出要节能减排。电除尘器在减少工业粉尘排放量、降低大气环境污染、保护生态环境等方面发挥着重要作用，研究和设计电除尘器的高压供电系统对提高电除尘器的除尘效率具有重要意义。本课题主要阐述了微机为核心的高压供电控制系统，论文简述了电除尘器的组成和电除尘器基本的工作原理，同时讨论了供电系统的电气参数、火花放电与除尘效率的关系，分析了供电控制系统的技术关键点和难点。提出了多种有效的控制模式，高压供电控制系统不仅具有常规的控制方式与检测功能，还能够自动跟踪最高运行电压，特别工况复杂多变，控制度要求高的场合，微机控制器通过精确的火花控制，显著地提高电除尘器的电晕功率。 关键词：电除尘器；火花控制；供电系统；除尘效率 辽宁科技大学信息技术学院本科生毕业设计（论文） 第 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II页 The microcomputer control of electrostatic precipitator high voltage power supply system Abstract ESP as a high-efficiency dust removal devices are widely used in electric power, metallurgy, cement, and other polluting industries.
