Writing Job Application Letters ; Preparation ; Preparation;Getting the Message ; Reading Through;Main Idea Structure; This is a passage about writing job application letter, in which a formula that works extremely well for preparing job application letters is outlined. All above, for those students who will graduate, may give a proper direction to write a successful resume. ;Structure;Intensive Reading ; The style you choose is really a matter of personal preference, as there are many different styles to choose from. However, somewhere on the top, whether it is on the right- or left-hand side, you should have your address and the date. Then, on the left-hand side, you should include the name of the person you are writing to, his/her title, company name, address, and any position reference number. The next part of the body should be a brief description of your personal skills. It is a good idea to read the advertisement and use their specifications as a target. For example, if the company is asking for someone with good communication skills, then ensure you mention something to that effect. If it is perhaps leadership skills that are valued, then write about these. Use adjectives like well developed and strong. ; The closing paragraph
