移动电子商务市场分析与发展研究 ABSTRACT With the development of both mobile telecom technology and e-commerce,the market of mobile e-commerce is growing with promise。Because of having the characteristic of convenient and omnipresent,the mobile application has quickly started the upsurge within the whole world,and becomes one of the mainstream patterns of e-commerce。 With the aim to take some reference for the future development,this article systematically and comprehensively inspected correlative factor of mobile E-commerce domain and discussed the development prospect and how to form a winning strategy in the mobile e-commerce market。 First,based on development tendency both domestic and global,the article analyzed different development stages of mobile e-commerce。In addition,we have obtained the conclusion that mobile e-commerce has a viable and promising profit prospect according to diverse aspects carefully be evaluated including application, security,credit and payment。 Then the article carried on a more thorough discussion in the theory of the customer relations management。As the customer is one of the important resources, the business enterprises must objectively and completely evaluate the customer value and set up all new relation theories in keeping with the mobile electronic commerce market on the condition of understanding the mobile electronic commerce market and the life cycle of customers。 Finally,this article has analyzed the industrial value chain and the business model of mobile e-commerce and carried some discussions on how to effectively conformity each investor on the value chain and establish the reasonable,scientific fees system。At the end,I have taken a example analysis regarding to bring the huge profit with the handset-note pattern for “the super female voice”of Hunan TV station。 Key Words:Mobile e-commerce,the life cycle of customers,value chain, business model,profit model ii 承诺书 本人郑重声明:所呈交的学位论文,是本人在导师指导下,独立进 行研究工作所取得的成果。尽我所知,除文中已经注明引用的内容外, 本学位论文的研究成果不
