AbstractAsthedevelopmentofnetworkbandwidthwideningresearch,GPONsystem,whichisthemostpracticalandefficientmethodofFTTH,takesanoutstandingstatusincommunicationRDnowadays.GPONONUopticaltransceiver,whichisthecoresub-moduleinGPONsystem,isaverydifficultprojectforengineerallovertheworld,especiallywhenthemainrateofthemoduleis1.25/2.5G.Thereisacontradictionbetweenthegreatneedofmarketandthelimitabilityofmoduleproducerswhocannotmakeamodulewithfine,steadyquality.BecauseONUsub-moduleisthekeymoduleforphotoelectricconversioninGPONsystem,andwilldecidethequalityparameterstheclientsreallyget,suchasrateofspeed,typeofservice,theutilizationratioofnetworkwidth,sotheresearchofGPONONU1.25/2.5Gopticaltransceiverhasaveryimportantmeaning.Themainideasofthearticleincludethefollowingpoints：Inavarietyoftechnologiestoaccessmorecomprehensive,clearaccesstoFTTHtechnologyisthefuturedirectionofdevelopment,whileincontrastthevariousFTTHtechnicalbasis,cleardevelopmentGPONsysteminapracticalsense.BasedontheRDexperienceofEPONmodules,weanalyzetheparticularityofGPONOUNsub-modulesandgiveoutafineschedule.Detaileddesignmodulesintheprogrammetoensurethat,bytheassemblyandtestingoftheactualvotepanels,thecertificationofmodulardevelopmentprogrammesfeasibility;NewprogrammetostreamlineAdoptionofthetwomodulesinternaltemperaturecompensationpackagecontrast,a8051ChanpianjicanclearlybetterdrivingAPDboostcircuitnotonlyimprovevoltageregulationaccuracy,andtomeetthereal-timedebuggingmodulerequirementsgreatsavingsdebuggingtime.Developthemoduleworksinfulltemperaturerange(-40~+85℃)inordertomeettheneedofclients.Theadoptionofacomprehensiveprogrammedesignedtoensurethattheopticalmodulessuccessfuldevelopment,andinthedevelopmentofmodulestoabsorbacasebasis,withGPONsystemitselffeaturesofONUmoduledevelopmentprogrammelaunchandreceptioncircuithavedonealotofimprovementandinnovation,throughnumerouscastaboardcertificationtestONUmoduledevelopmentprogrammefeasibility.Inthedevelopmentofthismoduleofthecourse,givingamoreefficientopticalmodulesandthest
