党校研究生论文：村委会选举活动的问题与对策 新时期村委会选举活动中存在问题与对策 ——以酉阳县腴地乡村委会选举为例 提要：村委会选举工作是实现村民自治管管理的重要环节，是广大村民实现当家作主的重要途径，也是发扬社会主义民主的具体体现。本文以酉阳县腴地乡村委会选举活动中出现的问题为视角，深刻剖析问题原因，并提出解决问题的策略。当前，农村选举中普遍存在党政权力的干扰、贿选与暗箱操作、宗族势力与经济大家族的影响选举公正性、部分选民资格模糊、候选人资格控制不科学等问题，主要是由于村民缺乏民主法制意识、选举法规制度不健全、基层腐败造成的，需要加强对选举工作的管理，采取以下对策：一、加强教育，提高村民民主法治意识、维权意识、监督与参与意识以及依法行使选举权意识，为建设阳光选举，消除宗族势力的影响、国家公权的干扰奠定群众基础；二、科学定位，明确党政与村委会选举工作关系，维护村民选举的民主性、自主性与公平性；三、规范民主选举程序，完善民主选举制度，健全候选人信息公开制，避免暗箱操作；四、创立村委会选举监督委员会，强化监督，建立内外融合的选举监督机制；五、健全选举法制体系，打击赂选等违法活动。 ? 关键词：委会，选举，问题，对策，民主 Abstract : The village committee election is to achieve the villager autonomy management important link, is the majority of the villagers realize the important way to be in power, but also the embodiment of socialist democracy.
