摘要在工程建设行业，竣工决算成本超过预算的现象普遍存在，加强全过程施工成本管理已成为建设项目管理的重点。但是，传统项目交付模式下，在项目前期，通常是业主单方面决策，且各专业设计师之间信息交互少，同时，在施工阶段，各参与方之间协作较少且主要关注各自企业的利益，而这些都限制了施工成本管理水平的提升。伴随着建筑信息模型（BuildingInformationModeling，BIM）技术的逐步成熟，以BIM作为技术支撑的综合项目交付（IntegratedProjectDelivery，IPD）模式，能促使项目主要参与方在项目早期介入，并在项目全过程进行协同决策、协同设计、信息共享等，共同为项目价值最大化而努力。论文首先分析了施工成本管理中IPD模式与BIM集成应用思路。其次，通过结合IPD模式实施的关键点、基于BIM的施工成本管理平台系统，以及IPD模式下协同工作模型，实现IPD模式下平台系统在建设项目全过程施工成本管理中的应用；在搭建平台系统的过程中，先分析了其组成和总体框架，再重点对BIM-5D模型的框架、架构、模块构成进行了研究，并利用BIM建模/算量软件实现了自动生成工程量清单，进而对进度信息、成本信息分别与BIM-3D模型关联的机制进行研究。最后，研究了仿真案例中平台系统的搭建过程；分析了IPD模式下平台系统在仿真案例各阶段中功能的实现，其中，对IPD模式下平台系统的用户进行了分类，并创新性引入“微信”加强项目全过程的协同决策；对IPD模式下平台系统的应用结果进行了定性分析。相比传统模式，IPD模式下平台系统的应用能从项目全过程提升施工成本管理水平，特别是通过在项目前期集成各参与方进行协同决策、协同设计、碰撞检查，可以有效减少施工阶段因决策失误、设计变更等造成的施工成本。随着BIM与IPD的不断推广、实践，论文的研究成果可以为更多的关于IPD与BIM在施工成本管理中集成应用的研究提供借鉴。关键词：施工成本，全过程管理，综合项目交付，BIM，5DABSTRACTThephenomenonthatthefinalaccountscostofprojectsexceedsthebudgetwidelyexistsintheconstructionindustry,thereforestrengtheningconstructioncostmanagementintheentireconstructionprocesshasbecomethefocusofprojectmanagement.However,underthetraditionalprojectdeliverymode,itisoftentheproprietorsthatmakedecisionsintheearlystageoftheproject,andthereexistlittleinformationinteractionamongtheprofessionaldesigners.Also,intheconstructionstage,theparticipantsseldomcollaboratewitheachother,andtheyonlyfocusonthebenefitoftheirrespectivecompanies,whichrestricttheimprovementoftheconstructioncostmanagementlevel.WiththegradualmaturityoftheBuildingInformationModel(BIM),theIntegratedProjectDelivery(IPD)modewhichusesBIMastechnicalsupportcanmakemajorparticipantsjointheprojectinearlystageoftheproject,theymakedecisionscollaboratively,designcollaboratively,shareInformationetc.,andpayeffortsforachievingmaximumvalueoftheproject.Firstofall,thispaperanalyzestheintegratedapplicationthinkingoftheIPDmodeandBIMintheconstructioncostmanagement.Secondly,thekeypointoftheIPDmodeimplementation,theconstructioncostmanagementplatformsystembasedonBIM,andthecollaborativeworkmodelinIPDmo
