达水平明显降低，而IκB蛋白表达则升高，IMD能够明显减少NF-κB蛋白表达水平的升高；MMP2和MMP9活性明显降低；大鼠静脉血浆BNP明显降低。结论1、开胸结扎冠状动脉制备大鼠心肌梗死模型方法技术简单，重复性好，形成的梗死可靠。心肌梗死大体形态学变化、心电图表现及超声心动图改变可以作为心肌梗死模型制备成功的标志。2、AMI后大鼠心肌NF-κB表达明显升高；3、IMD能够明显减少AMI后大鼠心肌NF-κB表达，减轻梗死后左室扩张程度；4、IMD可能通过抑制NF-κB逆转心室重构，改善心脏功能。关键词心肌梗死；冠状动脉；结扎；超声心动图心室重构；中介素；核因子-κB；核因子-κB抑制蛋白TheIMDInterventionResearchofNF-kBandTheLeftVentricularRemodelingABSTRACTObjective1.Successfullyproducedanimalmodelsofmyocardialinfarctionisaimportantmeansofthepathophysiologicalchangesofmyocardialinfarctionandtreatment[15].Myocardialinfarctionwhichwascausedbycoronaryarteryligationisconformwiththeclinicalandpathologicalfeatures,itisanidealanimalmodelofmyocardialinfarction.Thefirstpartofthepurposeofthissubjectistoinvestigatethepreparationofratmyocardialinfarctionmodel.2.Nuclearfactor-kappaB(NF-kappaB)isbindedwithavarietypromoterorenhanceofgeneoftheκBsitesandcanpromotetranscriptionofgene.NF-κBsignalingpathwayoftheIKK/IκB/NF-κBplaysanimportantroleinventricularremodelingaftermyocardialinfarctionandthepathophysiologicalprocessofheartfailure.Intermedin(IMD)istheInhibitorsofnuclearfactor-κBprotein(IκB),whichcaninhibitproteinkinase(IKK)activation，andthusindirectlyinhibitNF-κBsignalingpathway.ThesecondpartofthissubjectwithacutemyocardialinfarctioninratsforthestudyisobservatetheexpressionofNF-κBinthemyocardiumafteracutemyocardialinfarctionandinterventionofIMDaboutNF-kBandrightventricularremodeling.Methods1.thirtyratswererandomlydividedinto2groups:shamgroupacceptedshamoperation,whileMImodelgroupreceivedtheligationofleftanteriordescendingartery.Andallgroupsrecordedtheelectrocardiogrambeforeandaftersurgery.Ultrasonicheartbeatgraphweredetected4weekspostoperation.2.Ligationoftheratleftanteriordescendingcoronaryarterymyocardialinfarctionmodelpreparationanddividedinto3groups:shamgroup,MImodelgroupandIMDgroup.thencardiacindexinmodelratswasmeasured:leftventricularenddiastolicdiameterandleftventricularendsystolicdiameterweredeterminedbyUltrasonicheartbeatgraph,Monitoringofhemodynamicparameters(i
