ABSTRACTPlasmadisruptionisacommonphenomenonduringdischargesintokamaks,whichisthesuddenlossofmagneticconfinementandthermalenergy.Thedisruptioncancauseseveredamagebythreemeans:thermalloads,electro-magnetic(EM)forcesandrunawayelectrons(REs).Therehavebeeneffectivetechniquestomitigatethefirsttwodamages,suchasmassivegasinjection(MGI)andkillerpelletinjection(KPI).However,noneofthemcancompletelysuppressthegenerationofREsinnextgenerationdevice-ITER.Sometimestheplasmaswilldisruptwithastablelongliverunawaycurrentplateau,whichreducesthelifetimeoffirstwallmaterialsduringthewallinteractionasaresultoftheirhighenergy.Soit’sveryimportanttostudythebehaviorofrunawayelectronsanddisruptions.TheHXRemissionscomefromthethicktargetbremsstrahlungwhenrunwayelectronsinteractwiththevesselwalls.InordertostudythebehaviorofREs,aHardX-Ray(HXR)detectorarray(0.5~10MeV)hasbeendevelopedinJ-TEXTtokamak,whichisarrangedontheequatorialplane.BasedonHXRdiagnosticsystemandothersignals,aseriesofexperimentsonREsanddisruptionshavebeenperformedinJ-TEXT.Theinfluenceofmagneticturbulenceonrunawaytransportationhasbeenstudied.Beingsensitivetomagneticturbulence,runawayelectronsarealwaysstudiedasauniquetooltoprobethemagneticperturbations.TwotypesofmagneticturbulencehavebeeninvestedinJ-TEXTtokamakdischarges:magneticturbulenceincontrolledinward/outwardplasmadisplacementexperimentandResonantMagneticperturbations.BothofthemcanmakeanimpactonrunawaytransportationsinceadroporriseintheHXRsignalswereobservedintheexperiments.Thecharacteristicsofcurrentquencheshavebeenevaluatedby90-10%and80-20%ofthepre-disruptioncurrentinJ-TEXT.Fordisruptionswiththefastestcurrentquench,thewaveformsofplasmacurrentcanusuallybefittedwellbylinearfitting,whileinslowcurrentquenchcaseswhichhavetwodecayphasestheexponentialfittingsaresuitforbothtwophases.Provokedshutdownbygaspuffing(GP)andsupersonicmolecularbeaminjection(MGI)hasbeeninvestigatedinJ-TEXT.Theexperimentsincludetwoparts:singlepulseinjectionanddoublepulsesinjection.Thetype,pressureandpulsewidtho
