ABSTRACTBecauseinorganicrectorite(REC)layeredhaslamellarbodystructure,itcanprovidemorereactionactivecenter.AndthediversifiedintercalationtechnologiesmadeobjectmolecularassemblyinREClayers.NanocompositematerialscombinethepropertieswithRECandobjectmolecules,exhibitthedifferencewiththerawREC,suchasthecatalysis,adsorptionandlight,electricity,magnetic.Intheresearch,throughtheintercalatedreaction,wecanpreparenaturalpolymer/inorganiclayerednancomposites,whichcanbeusedtostudyinmagneticmaterials,compositemembranematerials,andorderedmesoporousmaterials.Firstofall,acertainproportionofRECinaqueoussuspensionwasinsertedbyFe3O4particles,toobtainmagneticREC.TheadsorptionoforganicdyebyRECandmagneticRECinwaterwascompared,andtheexperimentsshowthattheadsorptioneffectofmagneticRECsignificantlybetterthanRECandeasierseparation.Inthesimpleprocessofaqueousgelprecursorfreezing,solventexchange(ice-ethanol),andethanoldrying,theultralightandporousREC/guargumgelsweresuccessfullyprepared,whichhavethepotentialapplicationsonwastewatertreatment,thermalenergystoragepurposes,andsoon.The3DRECsheetsnetworkswereformedinRECgels,andconsolidatedbyCGG,whichintercalatedintoREClayersorattachedontheRECsurface.Asthenovelporousmaterials,RECgelswerecomposedofmanymacroporesandalittlemesopores,whichexhibitedhighadsorptionforethanol,oil,MBdyeandstearicacid.Atlast,RECwasmodifiedwithcationicguargum(CGG)usingacationic-exchangereaction.Asthefillers,RECandmodifiedRECwereaddedintoplasticizedstarchfilms.Theexperimentalresultsshowedthefillersobviouslyimprovedthepropertiesofthecomposites,suchastheincreasedtensilestrength,reducedelongation,morethermalstability,andreducedwatervaporpermeability.KEYWORDS:Rectorite,Fe3O4,Cationicguargum,Aerogel,Starchfilm目录第一章绪论................................................................................................................11.1累托石..............................................................................................................11.1.1累托石的简述.................................
