摘要保留着大部分传统遗迹的历史城市中往往存在着许多古老的街道城区，它们见证了城市经历的时间沧桑，体现着文化的传承与繁衍，在历史、审美、经济等各方面都具有极高的价值。因为这些街区作为历史遗留形态，得以完好地留存，使人们能够通过它透视昔日的历史传统和社会文化，在现代城市化进程中，遗产的保护已经成为一个全球性的趋势，其中对古老的社区、街道的维护和修缮也是遗产保护工程中备受关注的一个环节，许多城市都倾向于采取适当的商业化改造使古街区重获新生，也获得了人们的普遍支持。在这种改造手段中，要想实现古街区与商业现代化的完美融合，还需要满足一系列的条件。例如：重视传统遗迹的价值，尽可能地开发旅游产业作为古街区的商业收入来源，使得古街区在焕发现代发展活力的同时，能够实现品味的优化，从而推进古城长久稳定地发展。坐落于河南省西部的洛阳是第一批被列入国家级历史文化名城的城市，无论是都市景观还是文化风貌都别具一格，其中著名的丽景门景点更加充分体现了传统文化的内核，是标志性的文化遗产。长期以来，这座古老的街区一方面不可避免地落于时代的身后，另一方面，也在通过商业化修缮与改造不断地进行着自我调整。此次研究正是把丽景门作为样本，在充分地考察之后，对丽景门商业化改造的具体运营形式、结构特征以及运营现状表征进行总结，以此为参考，尝试找到现代化与历史感在古街区商业改造中的平衡点，一方面能够让古街区尽可能地体现传统历史的精髓和民族地域的风貌特征，另一方面，利用现代商业建设为古街区注入新的发展活力，让古街区充分融入都市化进程当中。关键词：历史文化，古街区，商业环境，设计山东建筑大学硕士学位论文11山东建筑大学硕士学位论文Theresearchofthemoderncommercialenvironmentdesignforancientblocksinthehistoricalandculturalcities-acasestudyoftheancientblocksLiJingmeninLuoYangABSTRACTRetainsmostofthetraditionalhistoryofthecityinruinsthereisoRenalotofoldcitystreets，theywitnessedthecityexperiencedthevicissitudesoftime，reflectingtheculturalheritageandreproduction，inallaspectsofthehistorical，aesthetic，economicandotherareashaveahighvalue．Becausetheseneighborhoodsasahistoricalform，canberetainedintact，SOthatpeoplecanpassitperspectiveoldhistoricaltraditionsandsocialcultureinthemodernurbanization,theheritageprotectionhasbecomeaglobaltrend，inwhichtheancientcommunitystreetmaintenanceandrepairofheritageprotectionprojectisapartoftheconcern，manycitieshavetendedtotaketheappropriatebusinesstransformationmakesstreetsdistrictrebirth，alsoreceivedwidespreadsupport．Inthistransformationmeansinordertoachievetheperfectfusionofancientstreetsandcommercialmodernization，butalsoneedtomeetaseriesofconditions．Forexample：emphasisonthevalueoftraditionalmonuments，asmuchaspossibletodevelopthetourismindustryasacommercialsourceofincomeStreetsarea，makingStreetsareaglowmoderndevelopmentvitality,toachievetasteoptimizedtopromotelong-termstabledevelopmentStreetsareaLocatedinthewestofLuoyangCity,HenanProvinceisthefirsttobeincludedinthenationalhistorica
