摘要本文在对中国电影产业发展进行回顾、对进口电影引进情况进行详细梳理 的基础上，采用时间序列的多元线性回归模型，以票房作为电影产业发展的衡 量标准，从对国内电影总票房和国产电影总票房两个方面，对进口配额对我国 电影产业发展的影响进行了简单的实证分析。结果表明：进口配额对我国电影 产业的总体规模有正向的影响，对国产电影的发展有负向影响。结合定性分析， 本文从扩大我国电影产业规模和增强国产电影竞争力两个角度提出了几项措 施，以促进我国电影产业的健康发展。如：增加中小城市银幕数量，区分首轮 次轮放映银幕；增加居民可支配收入，吸引更多观影人次；实行电影分级制度， 代替电影审查制度；加强电影营销，挖掘细分市场；加强后产品开发，支持互 联网等新型发行渠道；等。关键词：电影产业，进口配额，实证分析，影响AbstractBased on the review of China‘s film industry and the detailed description of imported films, this paper used the multiple linear regression model of time series and take the box office as a measure of the development of the film industry, to make a simple empirical analysis of the impact on the development of China‘s film industry, through perspectives of the total domestic box office and the total box office of the domestic films. The results showed that import quotas have a positive impact on the overall size of Chinas film industry and a negative impact on the development of domestic films.
