systemprovidesagoodtheoreticalsystemformodelingtopologicalstructureandgeometricmodelingofplantgrowth.Itshowsthepowerfulabilityofcomputersinmodelingplants,andprovidestheoreticsupportsforrealizingvirtualplantgrowthviacomputer.Thepapermainlyreportsthefollowingwork:AsingleCCDdigitalcamera(Canon5D)isusedastheinputfacility.Duetothelimitedvisualfieldangleofthedigitalcameralens,atreeisshotwiththecamerasectionbysectionforitsvolumemeasuringwithoutfellingdownthetree.First,photographicmeasurementisconductedinhorizontalway.Thenfollowsimageproductionworkbypatchingupthem.AfterMulti-BaselineDigitalClose-RangePhotogrammetrySystemprocessing,thetrunkimageofthewholesingletreeisabletobeobtained.Thewholeprocessofsingletreemetrictrialisrecordedinphotographforminordertoreanalyzethemeasurementofthesingletreeandtostudythegrowthcourseoftreesafterwards.InordertoverifyMulti-BaselineDigitalClose-RangePhotogrammetrySystemcanaccuratelymeasuretheconfigurationstructureofthetree.Inthisstudy,DagouheforestgramsinJiyuan,HenanProvinceasthetestplace,ComparativeStudyondirectmeasurementdataofthetotalstationandMulti-BaselineDigitalClose-RangePhotogrammetrySystem,theresultsshowedthat:correlationindex(R2)ofXvalueis0.9993,correlationindex(R2)ofYvalueis0.9989,correlationindex(R2)ofYvalueis1,confidenceis95％.ItshowsthatthedataofMulti-BaselineDigitalClose-RangePhotogrammetrySystemiscloselyrelatedtodirectmeasurementdataofthetotalstation.SoitcandocontinuousaccuratemeasurementbyusingMulti-BaselineDigitalClose-RangePhotogrammetrySystem.Toaccuratelymeasurecoordinateofspacepointsofthree-dimensionalconfigurationstructurebyconstructingStereomodelofthewalnut.AnalysisofresultsshowsthatanaverageerrorofX-axisdirectionis0.0134,anaverageerrorofY-axisdirectionis0.0086,anaverageerrorofZ-axisdirectionis0.0030,anaverageerrorofXY-Planeis0.0159,theglobalaverageerroris0.0162.Theerrorareminor,sophotogrammetryaccuracymeasurementscanmeetactualrequirements.ThestudyonVirtualVisualizationofconfigurationstructureofthewalnut.Keywords:Walnut；co
