竞技健美操六人操成套编排的研究摘要竞技健美操六人操在国际舞台上是一个新设项目，但在我国开展已有近 20 年的历史，经过几代健美操人的努力，目前已经具备了与世界强队抗衡的条件 与实力，也取得了世界瞩目的骄人成绩。众所周知，当运动员的竞技能力和技 术水平达到相当的高度时，编排水平的高低对获胜有着举足轻重的意义，新颖 独特的成套编排是参赛各队遵照规则进行智慧较量的和文化交流的体现，是取 得优异成绩的前提。如何在强手如林的格局中继续保持和稳固自己的优势，仍 是值得我们考究的问题。本研究从 2005－2008 版国际规则入手，以及在规则指导下的 2006 年第九 届世界健美操锦标赛六人操前六名成套动作为研究对象，运用文献资料法、录 像资料法、数理统计法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法等方法，通过对我国六人操 与其他对手成套动作的技术指标定量化解析，深入剖析成套动作编排的内容， 影响成套动作编排的因素、认识成套动作编排的特点和规律，探索成套动作编 排的新方法新途径，构建新的编排的理念，为各级教练员、运动员的成套编排 提供理论参考。研究结果：1.影响竞技健美操六人操成套编排的主要因素是运动员因子、 经济因素因子、教练员能力因子、教练员创新因子。2. 中国队的成套编排思路、 发展方向基本代表了世界流行趋势。我国选手在操化动作、过渡与连接的编排 水平较为突出，处于世界领先水平，但在难度动作的选编上存在不均衡性、在 音乐的使用方面与世界强国相比具有一定的差距。3.本文介绍了成套编排中包 括难度动作、操化动作、过渡与连接、场地与空间、队形、音乐、托举与配合 等因素应遵循的编排原则。建议：1.竞技健美操六人操成套动作的编排要依据竞技健美操国际规则、 每名运动员的竞技能力、六人操集体项目的特点、形式美的规律。2.提高成套 动作的编排水平应着重考虑以下几个方面：提高创编者的创新思维、提高运动 员的技术水平、体能、智能及艺术修养等、加强与优秀队伍之间的技术交流。 3.应努力把创编理念应用到创编实践中去，可以把编排的内容进行分类和归纳， 建立成套创编的模式，以利于创编者进行成套动作的编排。关键词：竞技健美操；六人操；编排广州体育学院 2008 届硕士研究生学位论文ABSTRACTGroup Six of aerobic gymnastics is a new item on the international stage, Although it has been developing for almost 20 years in China.
