进气道喷射氢气控制系统分析-analysis of hydrogen injection control system in air inlet
摘要进气道喷射氢气控制系统研究摘 要随着能源短缺和环境污染问题的日益严重,汽车排放法规标准日趋严格。人们迫切 希望一种新的燃料来替代现在的石油燃料。其中,氢气作为最有发展潜力的一种车用发 动机清洁燃料,受到了国内外众多内燃机研究机构的重视。本文首先对当前氢燃料发动机的研究现状进行了分析,在此基础上对四缸发动机的 氢燃料供给系统进行了方案设计和硬件选型。开发了以宏晶科技有限公司的 STC12C5A60S2 系列单片机为核心的进气道喷射氢 气供给系统控制系统。完成了进气道喷射氢气供给系统控制电路硬件和软件的设计;选 取曲轴转角信号和凸轮轴位置信号为输入,以喷氢阀驱动信号为输出,对喷氢脉宽和喷 氢时刻进行控制。最后,利用所得到的控制硬件和软件来验证进气道喷射氢内燃机的喷 氢控制策略。硬件设计必须满足系统的功能实现需求,结合主控芯片的特点和功能,进行端口资 源的匹配,设计合理的芯片处理电路、输入信号处理电路、喷氢驱动电路以及适当的硬 件系统抗干扰处理等。在设计好硬件电路原理图的基础上,借助测试工具对硬件电路进行仿真测试。测试 完毕结果显示硬件设计无误之后,再进行电路板的设计和制作,焊接完毕之后,对硬件 电路进行调试直到满足功能实现要求。最后,根据氢燃料发动机本身的特点设计进气道喷射氢气的控制策略,主要包括不 同工况下的喷氢脉宽和喷氢时刻控制。关键词:进气道喷射;氢发动机;喷射氢气;电控系统;控制策略I华北水利水电大学硕士学位论文IIABSTRACTTHE RESEARCH ON HYDROGEN CONTROL SYSTEM BY THE WAY OF PORT FUEL INJECTEDABSTRAWith more and more serious energy shortages and environmental pollution problems, the emission regulations standard of automobile become more strict. People are eager to a kind of new fuel to replace oil now. Hydrogen as the most potential clean fuel for vehicle engines attracts the attention of many internal combustion engine research institutions at home and abroad.This paper analyses the current status of research about hydrogen fuel engine. The hydrogen supply system for four cylinders engine is designed and its’ hardware is selected.The control system of the intake port injection type hydrogen fueled engine is developed. It uses STC12C5A60S2 series single chip microcomputer made by the macro crystal technology co. LTD as the core. In order to realize the control of hydrogen injection pulse width and hydrogen injection time, the control system uses the crank Angle signal and the camshaft position signal as input and the hydrogen injection valve drive signal as output. Last, the hardware and software of the control system is verified on a intake port injection type hydrogen fueled engine.Hardware design must meet the realization demand of the function of the system.
