Study on the Legislation to Regulate Foreign Non-Profit Organizations in ChinaABSTRACTForeign non-profit organizations in China, as beneficial complements to a comprehensive social system, gradually play a positive role that cannot be ignored in the development of Chinese society today. But due to the lagging of the legal system, today in China, the regulation over foreign non-profit organizations bears flaws. From the legal perspective, it is an important issue to explore effective ways to regulate foreign non-profit organizations through perfecting the current legal system, so as to establish a regularized as well as standardized legal framework that both provides foreign non-profit organizations with a comfortable and excellent environment and regulate and restrain illegal activities of relevant organizations.
