DosimetricComparisonofDifferentRadiotherapyTechniquesforPatientswithLocallyAdvancedHypopharyngealCarcinomaAbstractPurpose：ThecomparisonoflocaladvancedhypopharyngealcancerIMRTtreatmentplanningwith2D-RTand3D-CRTbetweentreatmentplansintumortargetdosedistributionofconformal,uniformityanddosecoveragerate;thecriticalorgandose、volume,thepossibilitytoexplorethecharacteristicsandadvantagesofthethreekindsofradiationdosimetrytechnique,forthefutureclinicalresearchandapplicationbasisprovidesdosimetry.Materialsandmethods：Weselected8casesoflocallyadvancedcasesfromtheFirstAffiliatedHospitalofSoochowUniversity(T3-4N1-2M0)inhypopharyngealcarcinomapostoperativepatientsenteredthedosimetricstudy.Usingthreedimensionaltreatmentplanningsystem,thesamesetoftargetareaofeverypatientwerecompletedinconventionalanalogofconventionalradiotherapy(2D-RTgroup),threedimensionalconformalradiotherapy(group3D-CRT)andintensitymodulatedradiotherapy(IMRT5fandIMRT7f)．Thedoseprescribedtohigh-riskplantargetvolume(PTV1)was66Gy,whichtolow-riskplantargetvolume(PTV2)was50Gy.TheevaluateindicatorofPTVcontainedthevolumepercentageofwhichcoverdby93%,95%and107%respectively(V95,V95,V107),inhomogeneitycoefficient(IC)andconformityindex(CI)．Theevaluateindicatorofparotidglandweremeandose(Dmean),thevolumepercentageofreceivingmorethan15Gy,30Gyand45Gyrespeetively(V15,V30,V45)andnormaltissuecomplicationprobability(NTCP)．Theevaluateindicatorofothernormaltissueswerethedosesdeliveredtolcm3，5％and33％ofplanningorganatriskvolumerespectively(Dlcc，D5，D33)．Tocomparedtheindicatorsaboveforthethreedifferentradiotherapytechniques．英文摘要局部晚期下咽癌术后不同放疗计划剂量学比较研究Results：TheaveragevaluesofIMRT7fgroup,IMRT5fgroup,3D-CRTgroupand2D-RTgroupPTV1V95were99.38%,98.12%,97.23%and87.68%(P0.05)，theaveragevaluesofV93were99.63%,99.24%,97.82%and92.48%(P0.05),theaveragevaluesofV107were0.37%,0.46%,4.60%and11.20%(P0.05),theaveragevaluesofICwere0.136,1.168,0.221and0.453,theaveragevaluesofCIwere0.848,0.742,0.586and0.442.PTV2theaveragevaluesofV95were98.92%,97.34%,96.46%an
