AbstractUnderthedoublepressureofenvironmentpollutionandresourcescarcity,electricvehiclesasanewtypeoftransport,thatuseelectricityinsteadofoiltoreduceemissionsofcarbonandlownoise,isanimportantmeansofsolvingtransportation,energyandenvironmentalproblems.Withthedevelopmentoftechnologyandthesupportofnationalpolicy，electricvehiclewillbewidelyused，butinthefuture,theimpactthatLarge-scaleEletricVehicleIntegrationbringtothechangelawsoftheloadcannotbeignored.Forthisimpact,thepapertakesmorein-depthandsystematicresearch.Firstlyunderareasonableassumptions,accordingtostatisticaldataofinternalcombustioncarsandtakingtheprobabilitydistributionofsomeenchancementfactors,astatisticalmodelofelectricvehicles?powerdemandisbuilt.Themathematicalexpectationofsingleelectricvehicle?spowerdemandanditsstandarddeviationaresolvedbyMonteCarlosimulation,afterthatamethodtocomputetotalpowerdemandofmanyelectricvehiclesisgiven.Basedonthis,theimpactsofplug-inwithoutcontrolofthelarge-scaleelectricvehicleonthechangelawsoftheloadareanalyzed.Inordertoreducetheimpactofdisorderedchargingofelectricvehicletothechangelawsoftheload,itpresentsanaccomplishingmethodofEVorderedchargingguidedbypeak-valleyTOUpowerpricepolicy,andthenbuildscustomerresponsemodle.Basingonthese,itpresentsanoptimizationofpeak-valleyTOUpowerpricetime-periodinorderedchargingmodeofEV,usingwhichtogettheoptimumtime-periodforminimumthepeakandvalleydifferenceratio.Analysisshowedthatorderedchargingthatusesthestrategiesofpeak-valleyTOUpowerpricetime-periodcanachievethepurposeofloadshiftingandeffectivelyreducethepeakandvalleydifferenceratio.FinallyunderthemodeofV2Gwork,furtherstudytheimpactofcharginganddischargingofelectricvehicletothechangelawsoftheload.Inordertoachievetheminimumoptimizationobjectivesofthepeakandvalleydifferenceratio,itestablishstwo-stageoptimizationmodeloftime-periodoptimizationoforderedcharginganddischargingofelectricvehicles.Firstlytakestrategiesofvalleytariffoforderedchargingtothegoalof“valleyfilling”;secondlytakestrategiesofpeaktar
