科技金融、技术创新与企业绩效的关系研究 中文摘要 科技金融、技术创新与企业绩效的关系研究 ——以高技术企业为例 中文摘要 在全球化、信息化和知识化的背景下，企业所面临的竞争愈来愈激烈，对于科技 企业更是如此。为了应对激烈竞争的全球市场，金融资源对科技企业的支持显得尤为 重要。但是，科技企业因其高投入、高风险的特性正面临着严重的融资困境，从而影 响了科技企业的经营和发展。基于此，本文运用理论和实证分析法，研究了科技金融、 技术创新以及企业绩效三者之间的关系。 本文采用了 2009 年到 2012 年的高技术企业相关数据，选取了 121 个有效样本， 并用 SPSS19.0 对数据进行分析，得出以下结论： 第一，在科技金融对技术创新、企业绩效的影响方面：（1）科技金融对技术创新 有显著的正向影响。具体来说，公共科技金融和市场科技金融都对技术创新有显著的 正向影响。（2）科技金融对企业绩效有显著的正向影响。具体来说，公共科技金融和 市场科技金融都对企业绩效有显著的正向影响。（3）技术创新对企业绩效有显著的正 向影响。（4）技术创新在科技金融对企业绩效的影响中起着完全中介作用。具体来说， 技术创新在公共科技金融对企业绩效的影响中、在市场科技金融对企业绩效的影响中 都起着完全中介作用。 第二，在技术创新、企业绩效对科技金融的影响方面：（1）技术创新对科技金融 资源的获取有显著的正向影响。具体来说，技术创新对公共科技金融的获取和市场科 技金融资源的获取都有显著的正向影响。（2）企业绩效对科技金融资源的获取有显著 的正向影响。具体来说，企业绩效对公共科技金融资源的获取和市场科技金融资源的 获取都有显著的正向影响。 最后，基于本文的研究结论，提出了解决企业融资困境、提升技术创新能力和提 高企业绩效的建议，并指出了本文研究的局限和展望。 关键词：科技金融 技术创新 企业绩效 高技术企业 作 者：王燕青 指导老师：赵增耀 I I II 英文摘要 科技金融、技术创新与企业绩效的关系研究 Study on the Relationship among Sci-Tech Finance, Technological Innovation and Enterprise Performance Evidence from High-Tech Enterprises ABSTRACT Under the circumstance of globalization, information and better knowledge, the competition is more fierce than ever, especially in technology enterprises. It is important to support technology enterprises with the financial resources for coping with fierce competition. However, technology enterprises are facing the financing difficulties for high input and high risk, which affects the development of technology enterprises. Based on this, we choose the high-tech enterprises as samples and conduct the theoretical and empirical analysis among sci-tech finance, technological innovation and enterprise performance. In this paper, we choose the high-tech enterprises from 2009 to 2012 as the research object and generate 121 valid samples. In this paper, we use the software of SPSS 19.0 in statistical analysis and conclude the conclusions as follows: Firstly, on the aspect of the influence of sci-tech finance on technological innovation and enterprise performance: （1） Sci-tech finance has significan
