AbstractNowadays,AutomaticTestSystem(ATS)isdevelopingfromaspecificsystemtoageneraltestsystemwhichhasmultiplefunctions,andtestsoftwareismoreandmoreimportantintestsystem.Furthermore,manynewstandardsontestsoftwarehavebeenproposed,suchasIVIspecificationandATMLspecification(draft).,ThisthesisstudiesonthereconfigurationtechnologyoftestsoftwareinordertomeetthegeneralityofATSandintegratethenewstandards.First,thisthesisresearchesonthetheoryofreconfigurabletechnologyoftestsoftware.Consideringthefunctionsofthereconfigurabletestsoftware,theCOMcomponentstechniqueisadoptedtoimplementthereconfiguration.Besides,thedriverandthesoftwaredataexchangeareimplementedusingIVI-COMtechnologyandATMLrespectively.Thereconfigurabletestsoftwareisdividedintotwomodules,oneisthemainprogrammoduleandtheotheristhereconfigurablemodule.Themainprogrammodulecontainsuserinterface,administrationmodule,testprocedureinvokecomponent,etc.ThedesignadoptsVisualC#.NETtodevelopthegreatpartofthemainprogrammodule.Withuserinterfacemoduleandinitializationadministrationmodule,thereconfigurabletestsoftwarecanaccessuser’srequirements.Thereconfigurablemoduleiscomposedbyanumberoffunctionalcomponents,suchasdataquerycomponent,printcomponentandwappercomponentsofIVI-COMdriver.VC++’ATLisadoptedtoimplementthereconfigurablemodule.Thedesignofreconfigurablemodulemakesthesoftwarereconfiguredynamically.Italsomakesthesoftwaremeetthegeneralityofinvokinganycomponent.Inthereconfigurablesoftwaredesign,thedesignusesmanykeytechniques,suchaslate-bindingtechnologyofcomponent’sinvoking,theoperationofXMLinC++orC#IDE,theeditofIVIConfigureStore,thetechnologyofinvokingIVI-COMdriver,thetechnologyofC#IDEandCOM’sinteroperate,etc.ThisthesisvalidatesthesecomponentsbycallingdirectlyandcallingitfromVisualC#.Meanwhile,thewholefunctionofthesoftwareistested.Currently,allthesecomponentsmeettheirfunctions.Thereconfigurabletestsoftwareachievesallthedesignrequirementsandbasicallyrealizesthedynamicreconfiguration,Thesoftwareworkssteadilyandreliably.KeyWordsAutomat
