AbstractWhat is the broad and profound ideology origin of Confucius? This is a significant problem of the Confucius research and early study of Confucianism. However, relative to the research of Confucius thoughts connotation and value , the current academics research the ideological origin of Confucius relatively weak. Ignoring the six wise sage’s major role is the biggest weakness. It result in a certain extent that we restrict the Confuciuss thoughts of grasping.The six sage respected by Confucius undoubtedly influenced the development and evolution of Confucius thoughts, in fact, constitute another origin of Confucius thoughts. Previous to the six sages research also existed rather serious lack, that is no standing closely on the aspects of Confucius thoughts.Therefore, to research Lao Zi, Zi Chan, Yan Zi, Meng Gong Chuo, Lao lai zi and Qu Bo Yu systematically has important significance. According to research the six sages systematically, we can stand on a new perspective to examine the origin of thoughts of Confucius.Confucius thoughts origin has universality and complexity. Firstly, Confucius inherited and profited the the main culture of Xia Shang Zhou era , which was witchery culture and Li Yue culture of ancient thoughts and culture, completed the philosophical breakthrough.
