More and more multinational enterprise developed business in different industry sectors, printed footmarks in different countries and regions. At the same time, more and more enterprises seek through acquisition, merger and internal integration to achieve economic-scale development of enterprises. The large business scale, separated business location and repeated functional department brings more and more management cost and general management capacity becomes weakened. Under changing economic environment, in order to increase the market competitiveness, multinational enterprises are trying all their best to gain more efficiency and cost savings by innovations. It is highly expected to get scale effect in financial management.After the model of Financial Sharing Center was put forward in last eightys, Financial Sharing Center has been widely adopted in many large multinational enterprises after thirty years’ development. According to statistics, there are over 90% enterprises among Fortune 500 companies has implemented financial shared service center. With the confidence on Chinese market, local talent and advantages of local labor costs, multinational enterprises have been deciding to set up regional shared service centers in China, among which IT shared service center and Financial Shared Service Center especially.Company T is under in rapid development and expansion period in Asia Pacific region.
