PROMOTECROSS-BORDERTRADESETTLEMENTOFRMBINTERNATIONALRELATIONSAbstractIn2008theglobalfinancialcrisiswhichtriggeredbytheAmericansub-loancrisishasfullyexposedtothedollarasthecoreoftheinternationalmonetarysystemdefects.Peoplelearnedfromthecrisisandrealizedthattheimportanceofinternationalmonetarysystemreform.Thebreak-outofEuropeandebtcrisisonceagainimpactedontheglobalfinancialsystem:allcountriesrealizedthattheaccelerationoftheinternationalmonetarysystemreformwasmoreandmoreurgent.AlongwiththeexpansionofChineseeconomyandtheriseinpositioninworldeconomy,torealizetheinternationalizationofRMBbecomesnotonlyChina’sinterestanddemand,butalsoanimportantmeasureininternationalarenatousepowerandshoulderresponsibility,havinggreatstrategicsignificanceforthestabile,sustaining,balanced,andharmoniousdevelopmentforChinaandtheworldeconomy.In2009theStateCouncilcarriedoutthepilotRMBsettlementofcross-bordertrade,showingthattheinternationalizationoftheRMBhasbeenincorporatedintothecategorysystem.CPCCentralCommitteeonnationaleconomicandsocialdevelopmentTwelfthFiveYearPlanSuggestionwasputforward,expandingtheRMB’sroleincross-bordertradeandinvestment.RMBsettlementofcross-bordertradefordomesticandforeignenterpriseseconomicandtradeexchangesprovidesamoreconvenientpaymentandsettlementtool,helpingtopromotethefurthergrowthintheinternationaltradevolume;Inthemediumandlongterm,itisconducivetoChinasfutureeconomicstructureadjustment,andwillimproveeconomicquality,improvetradeandtradestatusandchangetheworldfinancialcenterconstruction.RMBsettlementofcross-bordertradehintedthatourcountryhasrealizedtheinternationalizationofRMBisanimportantstep,butatthesametimewearealsofacingproblemssuchascapitalprojectremainingexcludedwithintheborder,underdevelopedfinancialmarkets,RMBclearingacceptanceproblemsandsoon.ThisarticleattemptstorevealRMBinternationalizationofRMBtradesettlementproblemtoundertakethesystemstudies,discusshowtosolvethe跨境贸易结算促进人民币国际化的路径研究ABSTRACTcapitalprojectunderthebackgroundofopeningtheRMBsettlementincross-bo
