摘要摘要II摘要随着成像技术的不断发展，单一传感器所拍摄的图像与视频已经无法满足人类 的需求，多源传感器视频融合技术受到了越来越广泛的关注。可见光与红外视频 融合技术作为多源传感器视频融合中的一个重要的组成部分，其在军事、工业、 医学、监控等领域有着举足轻重的作用。可见光传感器所捕获的图像含有较为丰 富的场景信息，但其容易受到天气与光照强度的影响，并且无法探测隐蔽的目标； 红外传感器所捕获的图像受天气、光照条件小，主要用于热目标的探测及定位， 但其对细节、场景的信息反映能力较差。因此，可见光与红外视频融合的研究具 有重要的意义。本文重点研究了多尺度下的可见光与红外视频融合的尺度分解方 法与融合策略，对现有的算法做了一些改进，取得了良好的融合效果。首先，本文分析了可见光与红外图像的特性，给出了融合的基本流程，主要论 述了图像增强这一预处理工作。通过研究现有的几种图像增强算法，提出了一种 适合红外图像的增强算法，相比其他增强算法的处理结果，本文所提出的算法处 理红外图像时具有较好的效果。随后，本文着重论述了多尺度图像融合的基本框架以及图像多尺度分解方法， 研究了金字塔变换、小波变换、Curvelet 变换、Contourlet 变换以及非下采样 Contourlet 变换，分析了上述几种分解方法的优缺点，找出合适的多尺度分解方法。 在此基础上，本文深入研究了多尺度分解后的低频系数与高频系数的融合策略， 分析了现阶段比较流行的基于模糊逻辑的低频系数融合策略的优缺点，根据结构 相似度这一图像融合质量评价指标，给出了一种新的低频融合策略；在高频系数 融合策略上，本文为了进一步描述图像中某一位置的凸显程度，设计局部凸显程 度指标，用于高频系数的融合。另外，本文还给出了一种基于帧间信息的可见光 与红外视频的融合方法，此方法在运行速度上有了一定的提高。最后，本文从主观评价方法和客观评价方法这两方面出发，利用图像融合质量 客观评价指标以及视频融合质量客观评价指标对本文所提及的算法进行实验，实 验结果表明，本文所提出的算法能够更好的提取红外图像的目标信息以及可见光 图像的场景信息，客观评价指标数据也优于其他算法。关键词： 视 频 融 合 ， 图 像 增 强 ， 多 尺 度 ， 结 构 相 似 度 ， 局 部 凸 显 程 度ABSTRACTABSTRACTIIIIABSTRACTWith the development of imaging technology, the image and video taken by single sensor has been unable to meet human’s needs, which leads multi-sensor video fusion technology attract more and more attention.
