AbstractOlivinelithiumironphosphate(LiFePO4)withtheadvantagesofenvironmentallybenign,lowcost,goodthermalstability,non-hygroscopic,excellentcyclingperformanceandimprovedsafetyhasbeenrecognizedasoneofthemostpromisingcathodematerialscandidatesforrechargeablelithiumionbatteries.However,thelowionicandelectronicconductivityhasgreatlyinhibiteditscommercialapplications.Onthebaseofreviewingthedevelopmentoflithiumionbatterycathodematerial，thisresearchtakesLiFePO4asresearchobject,focusingonanion–dopingmodificationofLiFePO4.TheeffectofF–dopingontheelectrochemicalbehaviorofLiFePO4byoptimalsolid–statereactionandhydrothermalreactionwasstudiedindetails.Themorphologyofthesampleswasobservedbyscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM).ThecrystallographicstructureofthesampleswascharacterizedbyX–raydiffraction(XRD).Thecyclingperformanceandcharge-dischargecurveswereevaluatedbybatterytester.Electrochemicalimpedancespectroscope(EIS)andcyclicvoltammetry(CV)curveswereadoptedtoanalyseelectrochemicalreactionmechanism．Thedetailedcontentsofthisthesisareasfollowing:TheLiFePO4/Cmaterialsweresynthesizedbysolid-statereaction,usingLi2CO3,FeC2O4·2H2OandNH4H2PO4asstartingmaterials,glucoseasreducingagentandcarbonsource.Theeffectofheatingtimeandheatingtemperatureonelectrochemicalpropertiesofmaterialswasstudied.TheoptimumsynthesisconditionsforLiFePO4/Cwereheat-treatmentat700oCfor12h.Theobtainedmaterialsfittedtheolivinestructureandshowedadischargecapacityof152.03mAh/gat0.1C,after30cyclesthecapacityretentionis97%.TheF-dopedLiFePO4/Cmaterialswereobtainedbyoptimalsolid-statereaction,andtherelationshipbetweenmicrostructureandelectrochemicalbehaviorofmaterialswasinvestigatedbyXRD,SEMandEIS.TheLiFe(PO4)1-xF3x/C(x=0,0.01,0.03,0.05)samplesbelongtoolivinestructure,anddeliveredadischargecapacityof153.4mAh/g,159.72mAh/g,165.06mAh/gand162.47mAh/gat0.1C,respectively.Theothermethodsofmodificationwerediscussed.F-dopedLiFePO4/Cwaspreparedviaahydrothermalprocess,andtheeffectofF-dopingoncrystallographicstructureandelectrochemicalprope
