The general part is the design of a new mine with a volume of 0.9mt in Jianxin Minging CO;Ltd.in Fengcheng. Jianxin Minging CO;Ltd. locates in the southeast of Fengcheng. The traffic there is very convenient. The minefield is about 3.5kms long(from east to west) and about 4.0kms wide(from north to south), with an area of 12 square kms.The main exploited coal bed is NO.4, which has an average dip of 9’. The average thickness of the coal bed is 3.5m. so, it’s clear that the geological terms are very simple there. The industrial reserves of the mine are 77.5mt, the exploitative reserves of the mine are 56.1mt. the service period of the mine are 58a. The gushing capacity of the mine is not very huge, with a normal volume of 25-35m3/h and a maximum volume of 107m3/h. the mine, with a relative volume of 45.7m3/t gas gushing out,can be named high-gas mine. vehicles with fixed trunk weighing 1.5t can be adopted in big tunnels, and also be used as supplementary haulage. The pattern of ventilating is center-boundary ventilation. The mine is estimated to work 330days in a year, with “8hours, 3shifts”working regulation. There are ten chapters in the general part.
