摘要历史街区作为社会发展演变的重要见证，在延续生产、生活内容的同时，还 具有丰富的研究价值，是珍贵的遗产内容。至 1933 年的《雅典宪章》开始，历史 街区相关保护工作就开始逐步展开，并在历史建筑保护、街区更新、文化传承等 方面取得了很大进展。然而近年来，频发的灾害事件对历史街区造成了严重破坏， 对历史街区的发展与延续致以沉重打击。现阶段关于历史街区防灾减灾问题的研 究主要集中于宏观管理层面、微观建筑保护层面以及片面的安全问题研究，缺乏 对历史街区防灾减灾系统的整体设计思考。在此背景下，本论文以历史街区的防 灾减灾设计为研究对象，通过对历史街区风险评估体系的构建和相应的设计策略 跟进，为历史街区的防灾减灾问题提供适宜的且行之有效的设计思考。本论文具体包括以下几个部分的研究内容： 第一章是提出问题的部分，主要就研究背景、研究的对象和内容、研究的目的和意义、研究现状、研究方法和技术路线进行总体概括。 第二章是分析问题的部分。首先对相关概念进行解析，也即是对历史街区防灾减灾设计研究内容进行了具体限定；其次进行了相关理论的阐释，以防灾减灾 相关理论为本论文的理论基础；最后系统总结了历史街区灾害发生的原因和具体 灾害类型，以便后文展开深入研究。第三、四章进入到了论文研究的核心层面，是解决问题的部分。首先进行了 风险评估体系的构建，其次针对具体的灾害类型进行相应的规避设计，最后作出 了设计改造后对历史价值影响的评估判断和相应的实施保障建议。第五章是理论联系实际部分。具体结合笔者参与的新疆省伊宁市阿依墩历史 街区防灾减灾设计的实际项目，对前文理论进行进一步检验。最后部分为全文的结语及对未来历史街区防灾减灾设计的展望。关键词：历史街区、风险影响因子、防灾减灾设计、新疆伊宁、阿依墩ABSTRACTAs an important witness of social evolution, Historic district has rich research value at the same time of continuing production and living.Its precious heritage.Since 1933, the Athens charter, historical block protection related work began to gradually expand, and update on historical building protection, block, cultural heritage has made great progress.
