血清蛋白质HP、TIMP-1和PEPD与肺结核病理的关联性研究* 尉理梁1、王建华1、张秀军1、陶学芳1、吴玲芳1、吕秋琼1、 张宏梅2、冯宪敏2* （1绍兴市第六人民医院呼吸科，绍兴 312000; 2吉林医药学院病原生物学教研室，吉林 132013） 血清蛋白质HP、TIMP-1和PEPD与肺结核病理的关联性研究 尉理梁1、王建华1、张秀军1、陶学芳1、吴玲芳1、吕秋琼1、张宏梅2、冯宪敏2* （1绍兴市第六人民医院呼吸科，绍兴 312000; 2吉林医药学院病原生物学教研室，吉林 132013） 并通过单/双肺分组，揭示其与疾病严重程度的相关性，阐明其在病理改变中所起的作用本研究分析了94例肺结核病患者和41例正常对照的临床资料，采用ELISA法结核病患者和正常对照组的触珠蛋白（haptoglobin，HP）、基质蛋白酶抑制剂-1（tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases-1，TIMP-1）和脯氨酸肽酶（prolidase，PEPD）进行检测发现肺结核病患者血清HP、PEPD显著高于正常对照组（P=0.009，P=0.035）；双肺损害组TIMP-1、PEPD显著高于单肺损害组（P=0.041，P=0.003）。本研究表明，肺结核病患者血清HP、TIMP-1、PEPD蛋白与肺结核病发病、病理改变存在关联，血清蛋白质水平可以反应肺结核病的严重程度。 [关键词] 血清；肺结核病；HP；TIMP-1；PEPD Association analysis between serum protein levels and the severity of tuberculosis WEI Li-liang1, ZHANG Xiu-jun1, WANG Jian-hua1, TAO Xue-fang1, WU Ling-fang1, LV QIU-qiong1，ZHANG Hong-mei2, FENG Xian-min2* （1The Sixth Hospital of Shaoxing，Zhejiang Shaoxing 312000; 2Jilin Medical College, Jilin 132013, China） [Abstract] Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection can activate the innate immune system; disorder the levels of acute phase protein, extracellular matrix proteins, and proteolytic enzyme; leading to pathological changes such as inflammatory granuloma, caseous necrosis and cavity formation. To explore the relationship between the incidence of TB and serum proteins by clinical data analysis and serum protein detection. And to reveal the correlation between disease severity and serum proteins by single and double-lung injury grouping. Methods Clinical data of 94 cases of tuberculosis (TB) and 41 cases of healthy controls were analyzed using statistical methods, showing significant difference in serum albumin, globulin, acute phase proteins, and lipid metabolism related proteins (P0.01).
