M ethods: T he serum levels and expreession in lung cancer t issues of endostatin w ere detected in 46 patient s with NSCLC by ELISA mothod and immunohistochemical staining( LSAB method) respectively . Results: The serum concertration of endostatin in lung cancer patients w as ( 20. 54. 56) ng/ ml and the expression of endostatin in lung cancer tissues was ( 4. 917. 65) % . T he serum level of endostatin and the expression of endostatin w ere closely related to P-TNM st ages, distant metastasis, grade of cell differentiat ion and the size of the primary tumors( P 0. 05) , but not t o t he histological classification, type of the tumor, lymph node status, age, sex of the patients and smoking or not ( P 0.05) . T he serum levels of endostatin in lung cancer patients w ere highly positive correlated t o the expression of endost atin in lung cancer tissues( r = 0. 669, P 0. 01) .
