PAGE 1 PAGE PAGE 1 豆丁文档分享 教學輔導教師的教學輔導策略 國立台中教育大學教育學系暨課程與教學研究所副教授 顏佩如 yenpeyru@.tw? 國立台中教育大學教育學系暨課程與教學研究所研究生 陳蘭妙 molocat@ 摘要 本文首先探討教學輔導的意義、起源與重要性，其次談到教學輔導教師的素質、選拔、配對及培育；再其次談到教學輔導教師的培育，尤其聚焦在我國2007年以後「教學輔導教師培育課程」，也論及「教學輔導」的歷程，認為「教學輔導」的歷程應該是因應輔導對象所衍生出一套個人化、客製化、不斷更新變化的輔導與指導技巧，來履行輔導職責和發揮輔導功能，以達成的輔導目標。爾後，談到教學輔導教師指導其他教師的重點與方法，最後談到教學輔導教師的成長、好處與定位以及教學輔導教師面臨的挑戰。因此，本研究的主要目的為探討教學輔導教師的培育，以及分析教學輔導教師培育其他教師的策略，探討教學輔導教師成長階段及其可能面臨的定位和挑戰，最後根據以上探討提出教學輔導教師的教學輔導策略之省思與建議，希能對發展教學輔導教師的培育課程及輔導策略上有所助益。文後筆者質疑教學輔導教師培育是否適合做為未來教師專業發展評鑑的評鑑人才，提出教學輔導教師必須要有指導的臨床實務經驗，教學輔導的理論與實務必須貼近被輔導教師的需要，而並非要求被輔導教師迎合輔導理論與教學輔導人員的實務，教學輔導是一門科學亦是一門藝術，在於找回教育者最初的那個熱忱奉獻的心！ 關鍵字：同儕輔導、專家教師、教師專業發展、教學輔導、教學輔導教師 A Study on Teaching Mentoring and Strategies of Mentor Teacher of the School Teachers Yen, Pey ru, Associate?Professor, Graduate Institute of?Curriculum and Instruction? Department of Education, NTCU.., R.O.C.. molocat@ Abstract This article firstly explored the meaning ,the importance, the origin of ‘teaching mentoring’ and then discussed about the basic literacy of ‘teaching mentoring’ and the role of a mentor teacher of primary and secondary school teacher; then investigated the theory of mentor teachers, including peer coaching, cooperative learning among teachers, coach training. Moreover, we also can form a scaffolding system of teachers and experts between teacher and student in promoting the initial teachers. Teaching Mentoring process should be targeted in response to guidance school teachers derived from a set of personalized, customized, constantly updated changes in the counseling and guidance skills to perform counseling duties and play counseling functions, in order to achieve the goal of counseling.
