公共事业管理的发展现状及研究 摘要 随着我国各项改革的深入及国民经济的快速发展，人民生活水平日益提高的同时对公共事业管理提出了更高期许，对传统公共事业管理提出挑战。公共事业管理是我国社会改革与经济发展的必然产物，是以政府为核心的公共组织，是为了维护公众的基本生活质量和增进社会共同利益，凭借公共权力，采取一定方式对公共事务进行调节和控制的过程。公共事业是以政府社会事务管理为基本内容，是对国民经济发展具有全局性和先导性影响的基础行为。公共事业管理的研究是社会管理机制改革与发展、公共事业的兴起与发展和专业设置与人才小区多样化的需求。由于我国教育体制改革的进行和公共事业管理专业本身的复杂性，公共事业管理在发展中还存在着许多问题，这就要求相关部门必须要在新的背景下采取有效措施促进公共事业管理的发展。 关键词：公共事业管理；发展；现状 Abetract With the deepening of Chinas reform and the rapid development of the national economy, the peoples living standards have been raised to a higher level of public service management. Public administration is the inevitable outcome of the reform in social and economic development of our country, is by the government as the core of public organizations, in order to safeguard the publics basic quality of life and promote the common interests of society, relying on the public power, take certain way of public affairs of the regulation and control of the process. The public service is the basic content of the governments social affairs management, and it is the basis of the influence of the national economic development. The research of public administration management is the reform and development of the social management system, the rise and development of public utilities and the demand of the professional setting and the diversification of talents. Due to the complexity of the education system reform of our country and the specialty of public administration, public administration in the development still exist many problems, which requires the relevant departments must in under the new background and take effective measures to promote the development of public administration.
